It’s the home that fried poultry built, nonetheless it is a lot more than chicken. My wife liked the lumpia and the warm lemon fruit juice while our friend chosen pancit luglug. For me personally, I enjoyed the essential chicken dinner - a thigh, a mug of rice anda nice for dessert. This is actually the only chicken eating place I patronize.

In Manila for a family group vacation, and we curved up my brother's side for a large collecting at Max's. They don't really take reservations (at the very least on Saturday nights, several do) therefore we arrived a little earlier and explained that people needed a desk for 16.The web host was excellent, and immediately set to work getting tables come up with for the large group. Pretty amazing on a occupied Saturday evening. When our team arrived, we were ready. Max's specialized is roast poultry (it's good), and because of this event we thought we would order family style, many orders of these "family meal" all of which served five'sh. Sadly, our service had not been very good. These were slammed, however they weren't staffed to provide good provider to us. Our foods arrived following a good wait, and sporadically, each dish in sequence (chicken, pancit, blended vegetables, seafood filets, lumpia, rice) versus a variety of them striking the table in order that diners could make a nice bowl of food. And general: there really wasn't more than enough food served when compared to cost we paid. Net had been, a nice check out with my Philippine loved ones, but not an excellent food. I've dined at Max's solo, and it's really excellent. This large team showing wasn't their finest effort.
