We went here for a quick dinner kasi we had some agendas to do. We arrived before 8 and seated at the waiting area kasi maraming tao. At exactly 8, we were seated sa pinakasulok 🙄🙄🙄 imagine how uncomfortable it was 😤 sige pagbigyan dahil maraming customers. The menu was given to us and it was all new and designed and some of the dishes were phased out na. Okay strike 2. Nag order na kami, we were told to wait 10-15 mins. Sige laro muna kami pampalipas oras. 30 mins na nakalipas wala pa din yung food? Nung mag 40 mins na lalapitan ko na sana yung manager pero buti na lang dumating yun order namin na Chicken and Tofu. Strike 3. Pero guess what it took almost 10 minutes before the Garlic Rice arrived. Strike 4. Jusko 😤😤😤 naubos na pasensya ko. pati sa pagbayad ng bill aabutin pa ng 20 mins 🙄🙄🙄🙄 strike 5Idk if dahil 3 lang kami kumain kaya ang tagal iserve at hindi kami priority or dahil closing time kaya ang bagal nila. Pero this is not how you serve your customers.Wala man lang nag apologize na matagal naluto or bat nadelay. Jusko I had to say ‘grabe 30 minutes wala pa yung food in front of the crew’. Kahit magpafollow up ignored eh 🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄 NEVER AGAIN.

This is for a P225 "Pork BBQ Bites Rice Bowl". Happy Plus card for size reference. Not sure if it's really worth the price to get 5 pieces of meat for P225.

Been here to celebrate my friend's birthday. Max's has been known for their chicken but I'm not a fan of it. The chicken was kind of dry and there were some parts that I think were too fried.Place was okay, can accommodate a lot of people, a little bit crowded when we got there because of the number of people dined there. Not expecting the best and fast service because of a lot of people that time but the staffs were accommodating.

Before the movie started, me and my friends decided to have our lunch here. This was my 2nd time to try this branch and there are 3 things that change, the service, the size of Regular Max's Fried Chicken and the taste of Kare-Kare. I commend Kuya Jojo for that awesome service he provided us yesterday. He was very attentive of our needs and he served us with a lovely smile on his face. Service was fast and accurate. Good job! For the food, the size of the chicken was small for a regular. I usually order the same size in any branch and I had no problem with that. It was a bit dry as well but the taste was good. The Kare-Kare was not peanuty but the meat was tender. The place is big, perfect for family gatherings. I would still recommend Max's restaurant if you're looking for a good and affordable resto on the same floor.

One thing I like in Max's is the Crispy Pata its so crunchy and juicy.  The Kare kare serve in pot clay is the best.  Paired with Sinigang na Hipon and Lechon Kawali is fantastic.

I'm not really a fan of Max's restaurant, for me, it's expensive given the portions given.Ate here due to cravings for breakfast food for dinner. Full but the food is a little bland, loved the fact that they give two eggs and free coffee. They served the food, way too long, maybe because they ran out of pre-cooked for breakfast because it's almost dinner time.Tapa is tender and not chewy. The bangus is only half kaya medyo bitin.

When my dad is craving for Max's this is the usual branch we visit. Usual orders are spring chicken, pancit canton, lumpiang shanghai or lumpiang ubod and sizzling tofu. Crew are accommodating though waiting time is a bit long.

They offer the best Filipino cuisine, the staff are very accomodating one of my favorite resto, thus sometimes their food are not fresh especially their vegetables

max’s has been a staple name specially when it comes to chicken, not my favorite though. this was my first and last dine at this branch. I was so disappointed about the service. this branch has a lot of space, meaning can accomodate more customers so I’m not expecting a fast service. so I got the menu by myself and got ready with my orders, took them awhile to assist us but that’s understandable it’s dinner time and it’s super crowded. when our orders came, we got surprised by how small the chicken is, so we thought they must’ve mistaken our order for a half chicken. I called a staff complaining it, then he took the chicken, minutes after he came back with the same chicken just chopped and few sweet potatoes added on the side. I didn’t complained anymore. 😩

Indeed, this is a no-fail place for some chicken love. I like how they stayed basic on their fried chicken. It was the recipe that made them famous and last throughout these years.Aside from that, we had their Sizzling Tofu (one of my fave dishes here!), Chopsuey and Fried Lumpia. Good combo for one family dinner.
