The Lobby Lounge in Diamond Hotel offers a cozy and inviting ambiance coupled by a delectable selection of light snacks and hearty meals as well. Start off your meal with a plate of Lobby Lounge's signature Truffle Fries (P200). It's so crispy and I just love the truffle aroma that filled the air. Don't miss out on these salty-sweet luxurious Foie Gras Macaron (P150) by Chef Nick Stoyanov. A one-of-a-kind creation and take on the famous French confection. It's not your usual sweet macaron as this one has a savory taste more like an appetizer. A favorite of mine from Lobby Lounge is their Smoked Salmon Ceasar (P620). Not only is it pleasing to the eye but also to the palate as well. Generous serving of smoked salmon slices, prosciutto, soft boiled egg and Grano Padana cheese is tossed with crunchy croutons, cherry tomatoes and fresh greens in creamy Caesar dressing. For a more filling meal, try the Lobby Lounge's Lamb Burger which is made of Morrocan spiced lamb patty, feta, Parmesan cheese and harissa yogurt with onions, tomatoes and lettuce with a side of crispy fries. Serving size was huge and I love that there's no strong gamey taste of lamb to it. For dessert, a must try is their macaron-based cakes. My favorite is their Vanessa (P250) which is made with pistacchio and fresh strawberries.I also love Guia (P250) which is a dense and rich maple-walnut flavored cheesecake. Another must try!

Diamond Hotel is the perfect definition of luxury and comfort, they provide splendid service and they also have the most accommodating and friendliest staff. Also, diamond hotel serves the best hotel food ever. We tried their pastries and bread and me and my family loved it! The consistency of the dough is good and its very very soft! I think we ate dozens of their bread because it was so good! You should try staying at Diamond Hotel tho its a bit pricey its definitely worth the price.

Just the perfect place not just for staycation but for dining as well. For a sweet-tooth like me its a piece of heaven on earth. Their cakes are simply amazing. They are not just visually appealing but awesomely tasty aswell. Whenever we visit Diamond Hotel we never miss to buy cakes or other sweets. Definitely worth every peso.

A very delish food!! even though it was really expensive still I am really really satisfied. The chocolate cake was so soft,and smooth tha chocolate melted in my mouth! Waaaaah! The strawberry orange shake was a good drink! It's not to sour. But the best was the Diamond ensaymada and Clubhouse speechless!Till next time! 🍰🍫🍟

I love theold-rich feel of this hotel -- classic interiors, business travelers, entertainment,traditional greetings and menus. The Lobby Lounge extends that kind of touchwith their cakes and beverages. Their famous cheesecake is a must-try pairedwith coffee. It’s a delightful hangout while doing some work on my laptop and listeningto their fantastic sax player. Great for business meetings too. I recently discovered their sumptuous beefpastrami sandwich – my newest love and favorite!

They may not have the royal ambiance of the Peninsula but the place is simply perfect the way I want it to be. Quiet, elegant, relaxing, and with great quality dishes.Home of the best cheese cake in Manila! Great cakes, ensaymada, and macarons. They likewise serve quality teas, coffees and smoothies. It was a great Buffet experience in the ground floor lounge of Diamond Hotel Makati from their pumpkin soup, to their salad, breaded cheesy chicken,sweets,fruits and their super delicious vanilla ice cream top with shredded almonds -super sarap! great!

Their ensaymada is the best ever! Really! Chicken caesar is good too. I like the ambiance coz it's quiet, but not the deafening silence type. There's the hotel lobby background music playing. Perfect for business meetings or 'Me time'.

Diamond Hotel is one of the famous hotels in Manila facing the Manila Bay. It has a Lobby lounge which offers different cuisines that you will definitely enjoy. The excellent food choices are complemented by impressive service of their staff and attendants. The Lobby lounge has a delightful and luxurious ambiance which is ideal not only for business meeting but also for casual and leisure dining with friends. Definitely worth a visit!
