Been trying to do this everyday since March ... "don't worry, be happy". I am reminded again today by the greatest humorist and father of American Literature, through Lido's clever piece of note :)The unli siphon-brewed coffee and pugon roasted asado pandesal are my source of happiness today.Indeed, ignorance (and Lido in this case) is a bliss. 😉The coffee is just right for me. It is not too strong and not weak either. I had 3 cups without having palpitations :)The asado is really soft and flavorful. The sauce has the right balance of sweetness, sourness and a mild spicy kick to it. It really goes very well with their pandesal. The manager and all the servers are very friendly and specially accommodating. They let me in even before their opening hours, happily explained their history and identified their best-sellers. They also offered to replace my cold take-away coffee with a hot one when I wasn't able to leave right away.Place is well maintained and lit. Price is worth it considering the amount of serving and quality of food.I will surely come back and taste all their other trademark dishes. So I went back the following day and tried their Classic Breakfast Medley which includes scrambled egg, beef tapa, camaron, longganisa and rice. Of course it also comes with their unli siphon-brewed coffee. I must say that I am willing to come back again tomorrow. The tapa is very tender and tasty. Definitely tastier than the go to King of Tapa. The vinegar-based dipping sauce is specially suited for it. Same if you use it for their garlicky longganisa. (Side note: the chinese couple on the other table doble ordered longganisa. I will do that as well next time). The shrimp for the camaron is freshly yummy. Eggs are fluffy and non-greasy. I can't wait to hear my daughter's review of her take away trio mushroom foo yong.Ironically, a bright and JOYful day greeted me on this rainy morning. It really pays to have good attitude in life. Free coffee and gift certificate from Lido. What an awesome suprise on my 3rd day visit. Really, third time's a charm especially with their literally hearty and delicious Macau Rice toppings. Success and Primera, indeed!

For those people who are in a rush this place is not for you. If you want it fast go to Mcdonalds or Jollibee. Its takes time to cook a fine cuisine which Lido does. I eat here several times and each time the food was cooked well. Its not your typical chowking which is obviously full of extenders. Their asado is maybe not the best but it was consistently taste better especially the sizzling. The next time I visit I'm looking forward to try the Hong Ma.

I really recommend you to try their sweet and sour pork! And in my opinion, their food is just average in terms of taste. Their yang chao fried rice and chicken were just okay compared to their asado and their buchi. The serving size is also good for 4 people and the serving time was also quick! Overall, our dining experience was just okay but i think they should improve more on the taste of their food.

All the tofu dishes we've ordered tasted awesome. The ambience is okay as well as the number of people(but this is only based from our usual time of visit which is around 8 pm). The roasted pork dishes are sumptious as well.
