We always wanted to try le cheat but it always gets cancelled, thank God we had the chance to visit last Monday. When we got in, it's so clean and neat so that's a first. We chose to sit upstairs because we're many. I reaaaallyyyy love the theme of their place, artsy, pinky and cute. We ordered, I ordered the mac n cheese. That, is where our patience were tested. It took them long to give our orders, I don't know why. But the customers were not a lot, maybe the cooking and preparing took a lot of time. Long story short, le cheat is da bomb!! Really good if you want to have your cheat day. A little pricey but it's worth every penny!

For the first college lunch out of the new school year, we picked Le Cheat as our venue. It was still early at that time, and it was too hot under the sun, so we waited until one of their staff went out. We asked if we could stay inside while waiting for them to open, and fortunately, kuya was so nice to let us in, with airconditioning pa! The menus that were given to us were quite disorienting and confusing. There were a lot that werent available yet, and the cheaters hall of fame entrees didnt even have descriptions to them so we were all left wondering about those. The tease, proper, and epic choices were definitely quite confusing for some of us too. Most of us ordered the corona bbq beer battered ribs, the sisig bagnet, and the panama porkchop. The pink lemonades came in first and I think the prices for the drinks are pretty good, although the drink itself is something I would not order in the future. The first mains that came in were the panama porkchops, they came with banana chips-like chips. It was stated in the menu that it was to be served with potato wedges, but I wonder why the staff didnt even inform us about the potato wedges being substituted with potato chips that were too oily for my taste. The porkchop also came out dry and wasnt really tasty. Some of us were even complaining that there was too much bones in it instead of meat. The dip, although a hit amongst us, was a lowdown because the staff didnt even let us choose which dip to get, it was only when we asked for the menu again that we realized that there were so much more dips to choose from. The corona beer battered bbq ribs was another disappointment, my friend got a portion where there was almost no meat at all while my other friend got a good one, nevertheless it smelled so good when it arrived and the staff were really helpful when we complained, they werent hesitant to replace it with another one, which came in late. My order was the sisig bagnet, I guess this was the best amongst all for me, I loved my corn on the cobs, mashed potato (!!!!! Try this), and my bagnet, which lasted a good while until I saw that my last ones were full of fat. By then, I couldnt really eat it anymore, since there was too much fat. But overall, the sisig bagnet is the safest way to go! It's pretty good, especially with the mashed potatoes. Food in Le Cheat is so-so, I think it depends on your luck, but then there are also good entrees like the sisig bagnet and the bbq ribs. Their staff were very nice to us and they deserve a thumbs up, even if they forgot to inform us about certain things. The interiors are really well-thought of, love the ceilings!

A decent place to hang out, a bad place to eat. The cocktails are terrible, it's served not to be appreciated but just to get you drunk (but if you want to get drunk trust me you're better off with beer or shots, saves you from that extraterrestrial flavored bitter water). The food is equally as terrible. I ordered the buffallo wings thingy (it's not named buffallo wings but it's technically buffallo wings) and it's just too salty and the dip is garlic ranch hence, a terrible combination. I also ordered the potaine and it's basically just fries and gravy with a LITTLE bit of pulled pork and what I meant by little is literally two spoons of pulled pork. It may be a decent place for college students to hang out but that's the only thing you go here for. P.S the .5 star rating is for the service. I love their staff, very accomodating. Too bad the food wasn't able to keep up with it.

I'm kinda disappointed with their price. Again, (more of the) PRICE not the food. My friends and I just came from a hard exam. So we looked for a good place to eat. I told them to try this place since it has been sitting on our bucketlist for ages. We walked all the way from dlsu to le cheat. It was kinda far, mind you. The food is somehow good. Don't get me wrong but I think, they price too much. Considering that the serving was kinda small. They also have service charge! I had shawarma rice (what is that quesadillos???) plus chocolate rum (which I don't know where the rum was) and I spent over P300. I was not even that full. I just love the fact that the place is cold. After burning ourselves from the walk, it was nice to know that this place can cool us. The staff are also friendly and accommodating so that's an extra point/star. And I love their simple yet cool interior. I don't know if I would come back here. Let's just see.
