My friend and I went here last week to celebrate our birthmonth. Yes, because we have the same birthmonth. We do it annually in different places. That time, she suggested to go here in La Taza, 5-10mins walk away from UST Dapitan. Upon entering, the very accomodating waitress let us sit in wherever we want to. Their menu have very high prices but when you got to try their food, it's worthy. The cook and waitress were accomodating but quite talkative. Their best seller was the lasagna but they don't have it when we got there. They got a nice interior in busy street of Dangwa.

The place was quiet and the interiors are cute. Ordered hot chocolate and the mudslide frappe. They were good. The server was also friendly and very accomodating. Will go back when we wind up in Dangwa again.

I personally liked the place. The colors are bright and light. The forestry exterior is nice as it gives it a hideaway feel. As for the food, I ordered chicken pesto and Mudslide. The pesto was just okay as it did not have anything special. Price could be a little bit more cheaper for its quality. The mudslide however was on-point; it was just the way how it should taste! It was full of chocolate and cream! The price was reasonable for its quality and quantity. The service was really good. I'd personally come back here just for the service because they conversed with me and was very accommodating (like they wanted me to sit somewhere else because it would be cooler so they just turned the fan and put it to my direction). I don't mimd small talk with the servers so it did not bother me. I even initiated some of the questions. Lastly, they have wifi so I imagine students coming here for the drinks and for the wifi. Definitely a good place to visit.
