I’m a huge fan of korean chicken but when I tried Kyochon, I wasn’t satisfied. It was as if I paid a higher prize foe chicken which I can clearly buy from any other korean restaurants :( but their food are all awesome even their service

Kyochon Rob Ermita is the worst place.When we ate there for the 1st time, the food was great; the ambiance was great; no other complaints. However, the 2nd time we went there to eat (again!), the waitress informed us that the red series (or spicy) were not available so we told them that we'll be back next time. It's understanble because we went there for dinner and they might ran out of stock.But now, we went there again for lunch. The waiter informed us that the drumsticks and wings were not available. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? This is a chicken shop, how can you run out of drumsticks and wings on lunch time. Kaka-open lang ng mall. I also saw the menu, halos lahat may label na "NOT AVAILABLE". So what exactly are you selling?Then we saw that they took the Mr. Pizza place beside them and it was already under renovation. You're expanding but you don't have chicken?! This is just soooo disappointing.Guys, if you're planning to eat here at THIS BRANCH, don't even think about it. I'm not saying that all of their branches are like this so please try the other branches just to be fair.

Polite, accomodating, and friendly staff. This place was suggested to me and I'm definitely coming back again. The kimchi rice did not disappoint and the serving size was really good for one person. Unlike other Korean chicken, the flavor was also somehow infused into the meat.

The crispyness of the chicken is awesome and the spicyness of the kimchi rice is also one you must try. The chicken salads with your choice of dressings is also something worth trying. My family had already our 2nd dinner in nearly a month, so i should say that we like this korean chicken resto.

Food- 2Service- 3We ordered the original one (garlic glaze) and the one with honey.Whole serving costs approximately 600.Original- a bit boring for korean fried chicken. Just tasted like your regular fried chicken with a hint og garlic. Nothing special.Honey- would have tasted good BUT something put me off. We ordered this yesterday and honestly i know the chicken had been left sitting for way too long (while raw). I know this because our family business is in the meat industry and I've handled poultry since grade school. First bite and I knew there was something wrong. The chicken was still white inside but the fact that it had been defrosted improperly/ handled negligently can be tasted on the chicken fat and you can definitely smell it. Was it safe to consume it? Yes. Unless you have a very sensitive stomach. Then why am i posting this? I just felt like paying 600 for smelly chicken is not worth it.Service- slow. I know we have to wait 22 minutes. But they are slow in other services as well.This or puradak chicken for 680? Definitely Puradak. More choices, cleaner, faster service.

I have watched korean shows before and it involved this restaurant. my curiosity grew as this restaurant was always advertised hence my friend and I tried it. We enjoyed the food and I recommend bringing your friends.

We had a quick meal actually before heading to a movie so we ordered these good food! I will put my full review in a few. For the three food we ordered, their ambience and service with over-all experience. (Circa 2016)

This has always been my go-to Korean Chicken place. Unlike Bonchon, the flavor doesn’t end with the batter alone. I like how their spicy has enough heat, at the same time remaining sweet and flavorful. My only complain would be that the pieces are too small, and the price too expensive.As for the Kimchi Fried rice, I really gets the kimchi flavor. Not too sour, and just the right flavor to complement the chicken you’re eating.I love the new ambiance and aesthetic of the place too!

Still the best chicken for me!! their menu and quality got better after the renovation. My favorites are honey chicken and rice flour chicken (new in their menu) :-)
