Food is excellent but one factor I usually noticed is they cannot deal with the stress of peak hours we.e. lunch. Outlines are sooo lengthy, trays and plates aren't taken asap the moment customers leave leaving filthy tables and clients waving to staffto very clear the tables. Wish they are able to organize their manning at the moment as employees are usually on 1hour break which consumes it.

eating with KFC, the food is definitely great but a very important factor I usually noticed is they cannot manage the stress during peak hrs. Lines are lengthy, pantry and wash region are unclean. hope they are able to manage the problem as clients are losing appetite.

the counter girl - sharmaine g montoya, was absent minded and unfriendly. after putting my order for eliminate, she educated me that the twister would get 5 mins. then i waited. the store supervisors who were right before me, didn't seemto observe that i was seated with lots, waiting for quite a long time. after 10-15 mins, i visited the counter to check out up my order. 10 seconds afterwards, the twister was presented with. i questioned about my fries which wasnt provided however. the counter girl after that stared at me, doubting my declaration and checked easily certainly ordered fries. after offering the fries, we left. only to learn that the large poultry macaroni i ordered had been furthermore not given. very poor!

Visited KFC Harrison Plaza upon several occasions. First-time the meal was virtually indedible - dreadful poultry. The second time there have been roaches on another table and the ground nearby. I am in KFC's in lots of nations but I cannever recall anything this bad. Will not be going back.

Very first dinner, was surprise simply no tomato or chilli sauce being serve, could be I am very much accustomed to Malaysian way.

I ordered foods to be sent to my accommodation for relatives and buddies. After 1hr I called to discover where the meals was. They mentioned they mistakenly place wrong room amount down. I stated cancel the order I'll order some location else.Then within 5 mins they mysteriously arrived. I tryed to cancel my additional order but cannot. I has been so embarrassed and upset I'll never order foods from them again.

Probably its my American flavor, but their fried poultry is sooooo superior to Jollibee's. A tad more costly though, but worthwhile!
