Kenny Rogers was always my to website for affordable yet satisfying meals but what happened with the service? I ordered their Chipotle and precisely asked the cashier for a thight part. Well the order came and it was the breast part and asked the male server with a tattoo to shift the chicken part and yes it took 11mins (I'm really strict with the time service) before it landed me and guess what's his response on my thank you "Ayan ma'am thight part ha? Thigh part" Hahaha! Wtf dude, for a server mas attentive pa manager mo no wonder you'll never get an upgrade. Kudos to the manager for asking what the staffs should promptly remember, the spoon and fork so ano magkakamay kami? Foor itself I thought there will be no complain but sadly, the muffin was wet underneath and the OMG chicken strips? Can someone correct me? I thought it was supposed to be air fried right? But ours was soaking with oil well not recommending this branch for people on a strict diet. Ayusin niyo ang service niyo including the standard menu of the resto. No wonder your branch is empty seated most of the time than SM North there's a reason.

We always went here to dine especially during weekends.But the last time we visited, it's Monday.They had a lot of free tables to seat on but that's very rare esp. on weekends wherein you will need to wait for other table to finish before finally seating down.I just hope that they had a queeing system esp. on weekends so people will not be seeing standing on the dining area.I always love the roasted chicken but disappointed with their iced tea because it doesn't taste as good as before. It taste almost water with a little bit sweetness.The staff are quiet busy even it's not peak and not greeting at all.Overall, I will still come back to this for chicken.Food: 4/5Ambiance: 3.5/5Location: 4/5Service: 3.5Price: 4/5

Service was fast. Staff were pleasant and accommodating. Place was clean and well-maintained. Food was good. Overall, a very nice dining experience.

I haven't eaten here in a long time but I remember being fond of Kenny Rogers as a kid back in the 90s. I love their roasted chicken, mac and cheese and muffins. I think this branch should switch to glasses instead of clear plastic drinking cups because they look murky (I guess they've been using it for a long time).

There was a time that I wanted to taste different chicken varieties. I wanted to try Kenny Rogers but it's always jampacked. Finally, I was able to try it in SM San Lazaro. They have a not-so-spacious branch there but I'm really satisfied. They offer various side dishes which you can choose from. Chicken is great. Great for family eat outs.

I am satisfied with the food, the ambience + the security guard assisting customers and the owner itself! Ask about the dining staff? They never smile and unfriendly, poor service, as I said kahityung owner nagseserve na ng food kasi mabagal yung mga staff at nakasimangot pa, parang nakakahiyang makisuyo if you need something.

edit: don't order the quesadillas and chicken burger.  My mom's go to place for "healthier" dishes. Roasted chicken is quite good. I love their side dishes, especially potato w/chives and mixed veggies. Brownies quite good. Their chicken noodle soup is inconsistent, sometimes it is good and creamy, sometimes too bland and thin.

I love Kenny Rogers, but dude wtf?Why do they serve muffins with free baby roaches?I almost ate it! I usually don't look at my food pa naman especially when it's something familiar with me already. Buti nalang di ko nakain.I already took some bite as you can see in the photo kaya I almost vomited when I saw this.Sobrang bad customer service sorry at pinalitan lang ng new muffin. Like the manager didn't even bother to apologize and explain to me what happened? Hassle.I love Kenny Rogers pa naman though I might not come back any time soon baka after 10 years na pag nakalimutan ko na how unhygienic and gross the quality of food comes out in their kitchen. Yuck. Bye.

Food : the foods are good and delicious. We ordered the high fiber meal and their new garlic butter roast chicken. The price is just right for the food. Serving time : 30mins.The ambiance : the place is clean and neat. Nice place to dine with family and friends. You will feel secured because there are two guards inside the resto. Im just suprised because this is inside the mall. The employees : They are approachable and always smiling. Good job.
