Area is not well lit. It feels like it's dooms day inside. Staffs aren't welcoming or willing to offer help. Even though there are 2 floors, 1st floor cannot accomodate many people. Food was okay.

AmbienceThe line took forever at another food restaurant nearby so I ended up here before closing time. It was very roomy haha!FoodChicken Joy was goood as always! Skin was so crispy and tasty I think I shed a tear of joy...in my mind. Every bite was very good as expected. Adding gravy made it much, much better!ServiceOrdering food was a quick and easy plus staffers greeted me when I left.

May 21, 2018 Went to this Jollibee right after watching a show at the CCP. Puppycat had Jolly spaghetti, yumburger with cheese and cheese flavored fries. I had the 2 pieces chicken joy with rice. Since it was a bit late already there weren't a lot of people so no lines!

Prices in this branch seems to have a mark up of a few pesos is it because of its high foot traffic during shows and performances at the nearby CCP and PICC? Food is consistent but lines can get long during peak hours and after performances. Place is bit hurried but they try their best to keep it clean. I love that they still have the Garlic Pepper Beef on the menu, sadly the price has doubled since its debut a couple of years ago.

Decent jollibee branch where i had early lunch / late breakfast one time during our photoshoot. They do good business with a lot of people in this branch.
