Definitely a fan of anything with truffle making the potato truffle fries a winner! 👍 shrimp penne pasta was a little bland though, added bit of salt and pepper pa to enjoy it.

I have a Bistro card. I frequent Italiannis, Friday's, Modern Shanghai, Watami their food and service is consistently good. So when Tony made reservations for us at 7:30pm December 16, we went to Italiannis Robinsons Manila. Lo and behold, they didn't have any table ready for us. So we left. That was one of the worst customer service we had ever had!

Last October 7, I ordered delivery from this Italianni's branch. I paid for extra chicken in my Sicilian Salad, but when I received my delivery, there was no extra chicken. It was just a hundred pesos but I was really looking forward to the chicken! I informed them of my missing order, received a call late that night but they couldn't find my order entry. I was told I will be called the next morning but I did not receive any call. Good food, bad service.

Worst service ever. One of the waitress (she didn't wear name tag) really has no manner, taking our order in such a hurry and addressed our request with very sarcastic tone. Will never visit this branch again!
