Italiannis acts delicious and authentic Italian fare that is clearly a tad more costly than other Italian dining places. Several times We enjoyed their traditional pizza and pastas and also the appetizers that came prior to the entree. But they changed the menus, and the tested recipes, and not at all for the better. Rather than good tasting but pretty average Italian meals, it becamepretty poor with prices which were far greater than such food merited. Someone higher up smudged badly. I won't return!

I ate here many times and the program is fantastic and so may be the food. However I just gave 1 star rather than 5 stars due to the dishonesty of 1 employee/contractor. He acts as if he has a job available by greetingand seating guests but his main role would be to sell the discount/loyalty cards of the "Bistro Group", that is good, except for the truth that he LIED if you ask me about how exactly the card system works. He explicitly explained that for buying the cards for PHP 2000.00 that I'd instanly recieve a PHP 2000.00 credit on the card and also discount rates on certain nights that i thought was fine therefore i purchased one. What he purposely neglected to inform me which is where he was dishonest, is that you merely recive 4 x 250 PHP discounts that may only be used in the event that you save money than 1000 PHP and another 1000 PHP is for you personally ONLY on your own Birthday so you usually do not recieve instant 2000PHP at all, also to create it worse, I then found out afterwards when talking with the supervisor that for each card he markets he recieves 300PHP payment. So he's got basically lied if you ask me for their own personal financial gain. He ought to be fired for achieving this also it makes me question how many others he's got done this to or even how many more later on. Ironically I would have considered purchasing the card in any case but I do nothing like being lied to or tricked for profit, which means this has cost their business a negative rating and he could be the sole reason behind it.. There are many establishments in Manilla with this particular name. We visited the main one near Robinson's Plaza. There have been nine folks and we had been seated very quickly externally patio.
