thus yummy! the ramen has been perfect, flavor loaded broth, pork slices, vegetables tamago and noodles. salmon, pancakes n pork buns, perfect companions for the ramen. 5 times eaten here, 5 times excellent food, services and tummy satisfied.

Had late lunch / earlier supper at Ippudo and ordered the tantanmen and pork buns. Really filling and I love the fact that it is possible to pick the doneness of the noodles. I would recommend having it very difficult as you would want to buy still chewy enoughbut not really too soggy because the soup is warm and will continue steadily to cook the noodles. The tantanmen is alright.. the broth is quite creamy rather than too spicy. I really like the flavor of the cilantro that is included with it since it gives some comparison to the richness of the broth. It's rather a tad too wealthy for some people though and getting something alongside it just like a pork or poultry bun helps crack the richness a little. The pork bun is great though I'd have liked it sweeter or even have either what sauce it is possible to devote it. The sauce includes a mayo onto it and will be creamy aswell. I most likely would've loved it much better minus the mayo though. Are you aware that service.. excellent!! These were fast and attentive. It device me significantly less than 10 moments to obtain my food up for grabs. Overall, it all boils down to preference. The flavor of the meals is good also to some might also be the best. I favor mine not too wealthy and the buns a little sweeter. I'll try another ramen choices on my next go to.
