Late December 2016, we was with my pal searching for some pastries to provide for Christmas. Everybody knows Hizons ensaymada is really a little bit pricey but reeeally great, so we made a decision to stop by Hizons Ermita and simply ask should they have little boxes forgift giving. Once we went inside, there have been 2 other customers waiting around. Staff were all occupied on the kitchen region so no one's going to us yet. We simply waited and viewed their pastries on screen. Few seconds after... To your shock and disbelief, an enormous rat came running privately of the their bakery region. INSIDE Hizon's bakery region. Guys, it isn't even little. I couldn't think it therefore i looked at my pal and her eye widened using what she noticed. I viewed the 2 2 some other clients plus they saw it aswell. Crazy that those 2 some other clients weren't as shocked and simply laughed. THEY'RE GOING TO Purchase BREAD ON A Store WHICH HAS A VERY HUGE RAT PLUS THEY THINK IT IS A LAUGHING Issue?!? Who knows if a few of the dough will get offered by rats every once in awhile before baking? Okay so i didn't buy obviously. I simply waited for an employee to come out therefore i can inform them what i noticed. Then a lady arrived from your kitchen and currently attended the clients. I immediately informed her concerning the rat and do you know what her reaction is? "Ahh oo. Dyan dyan lang talaga yan..." That's it. And continuing with her business... Like it's simply no big deal. Like it is a norm. She also laughed a little with the two 2 some other clients and didn't bother inquiring me where in fact the rat proceeded to go. (Like oh, that rat? That rat will be our buddy. Hizons is her house.) DISGUSTING! Crazy how individuals can just allow it off provided that the merchandise they make are great. What frustrates me many that point was my telephone inside my bag. Only if i acquired it in my own pocket/hands, i wouldve captured it myself. Maybe with several proof, they wouldn't possess acted this way because everybody knows what goes on when there's sufficient evidence. I just have to let individuals understand and that Hizons have to act asap on the sanitary issues...like it is a No joke. Crazy.

Hizon's ensaymada is the greatest melt-in-your-mouth range. Although a little pricey, they make great pasalubong because they don't have franchises around Metro Manila. The dinner options may also be good.

My children has been eating as of this restaurant forever. And we possess a regular way to obtain their UNBEATABLE raisin bread. Try out the toasted yema as well. Surprising for an excellent breadery, their food can be excellent. We've had them appeal to us several times.Their roast beef is amazing!
