Maybe the best hap chan branch i have eaten at. Hap chan is a proven name in the chinese restaurant industry and it is easily found in various locations which isnquite convenient. Picked up some japanese guests from the airport and passed here for dinner before going to the hotel. Solid chinese cooking! Lapu lapu was steamed to perfection. Soinach soup was excellent and can be done no better!

Good food, huge servings, affordable selection, fast service, polite crew, and chic ambiance. Only downside is that the place doesnt give you the best view of Manila Bay. :)

This branch of Hap Chan is spacious and has a function room for a small gathering. Food was just okay but far from the authentic chinese taste compared to other restaus offering the same. Ordered beef congee, lumpiang shanghai and hakaw. Staff are atttentive and they give generous servings so that’s a plus!

Never again at this branch.Food is not good, seems like it's only reheated, not fresh. Rice served was dry, may amoy(like NFA rice) Experience here was very disappointing...disgusting. NOT RECOMMENDED.

This branch of Hap Chan is different and classy compared to the others, most especially in malls. They can accomodate big groups because of the round tables. Chinese restaurants are known for its generous servings.

For quick, inexpensive and tasty Chinese food, Hap Chan is an old reliable place. But not in the CCP Harbor Square complex. Out of the 6 dishes we ordered, 3 of them were out of stock! And the waiters seem to have very bad attitudes!

Was only able to eat at 2 other branches: SM Manila and Sucat Waltermart. Both branches were ok. Unfortunately, this branch (for lack of a better term) sucks. I always order hakaw in Hap Chan as I like their wrapping, usually. Unfortunately (again), this branch's hakaw doesn't compare to other Hap Chan branches'. Very floury and it broke when we picked it up using chopsticks. Not much filling, again more flour-y and it just wasn't nice. Comparable to cheap hakaw you could buy at 50PHP/4pcs only this one costed 120PHP/4PCS. XLB is near-dry as well. I mean, hello? (Just) a moist xiao long bao? Also floury and disintegrating. Yes, disintegrating soup dumplings. Wanton noodles was saved by the wanton. The only good thing that night. Servers also seemed always distracted (was it because they were very few that night?) as all orders (food, refills, bill) took quite some time until given to us. One waitress also kept on scowling and frowning at either me or our table for some reason we cannot decipher. Oh, and part of the restaurant stinks like a public restroom. We asked to be transferred because my friends and I couldn't handle the smell even after a few minutes.

Hap Chan Tea House and Seafoods Restaurant actually falls under three categories. First, it is a traditional teahouse where anyone can enjoy sipping a cup of tea while munching some of their best selling dimsums, congee, etc. Second, it offers fine-dining for those looking for exclusive menu cooked by their well-trained and certified Hong Kong chefs. And don't get confused with the third category; although Hap Chan is known to be a fine-dining restaurant, it also caters plates for casual-dining and full-course meals. Here's what we had:• Fish Fillet with Tofu• Hakaw 👌• Seafood Fried Rice• Beef Broccoli• Lemon Chicken 👌• Lumpia Shanghai

I'm a big fan of chinese food but unfortunately my experience with this branch makes me wonder if all its other branches are the same. The service here is slow and we have to call on the waiter's attention several times just to make an order.

Hap Chan has been around for decades. Must try here are the fish fillet with garlic crust on top, polonchay seafood soup, sweet and sour pork and yang chow fried rice. The congees and dimsums here are also good. However, the dimsums are not readily available so if you're hungry then you will have to wait.
