Sorry but it isn't a geniune Southern Gumbo exactly like inside New Orleans, Louisiana ... inadequate imitation .... they'd better adhere to filipino cuisine not really cajun dishes.

Got the spaghetti carbonara when i am not just a Gumbo expert... also it was very good. Had a good juice beverage to go with it. Service great - except when I require the bill the man seems to totally just forget about it. Ah,who requirements money anyway? There is an interesting feeling of bait 'n change, as the promo menus outside did not match with the menus I had been handed inside... I got my attention on that spaghetti and the purchase price for "solo" (outside) has been very good, about p170. As soon as inside, the standard menu listed a similar thing at "petite" for approximately p325 or something... as soon as I asked, it had been straightened out... but probably monitor that haha... ultimately, the meal was very good for the cost, however, not exceptional either.

I was around for company, and my coworker and I actually stopped inside. I have already been to New Orleans often, and was wishing the food will be sufficient. Let's be reasonable, it really is in Manila and I understood going in it could not really becomparable. But I in no way expected how bad it will be. We purchased the Clams and Oyster Rockefeller apps, and the clams had been small and the oysters bland. After that we obtained the clam chowder... if you want runny onion soup do it now, it was not close. Then your main span of a boil pot experienced no flavor. Wouldn't normally recommend if you would like Southern US flavor.
