This restaurant has been choosing many (perhaps 25 plus) years and serves excellent paella. The musicians and waiters make an effort to create the evening as intimate as you possibly can. Seating is comfortable. But also for me the highlight was the grade of the food. An excellent ala carte Manila eating place.

I really like the beef salpicao. Paella is definitely a must-try. The purchase price is surprisingly inexpensive. The atmosphere of the restaurant, in addition to the good service; an ideal combination. I skip the SM MOA and Ermita branches though

this was an excellent place some 30 or 40 years back. we did not discover the food so excellent. wine expensive. service therefore la-la. there are several better areas in manila .......

I rarely leave an unhealthy rating. But we had been eagerly awaiting it's starting as we had noticed the signs on the entranceway at SM bacitracin BF. Went there yesterday for a late lunch time and apart from a large band of diners having abusiness conference (over lunch time) we were the only real diners. Unfortunately our expectations weren't met. A long way off from the original cafe in Malate. The foodstuffs we ordered weren't even near to the old tested recipes we were utilized to. The paella had been rushed, no tutong. A little fishy and metallic flavor. The salpicao was nearly repaid. But we endured. On a confident note, the personnel were extremely accommodating. Resto got wifi and a specific area for more personal dining. Hope they are able to improve. Till after that, Gaspi's on the next floor may need to do.

Spanish cuisine with Manila flair. Situated at the Mall of Asia meals court, this restaurant gives Spanish influenced cuisine and epicurean delight. Very affordable and great service.
