It had been my dad's bday and we made a decision to buy him the cake. we chose brazo de mercedes because that has been my dad's preferred. When i got eventually to the cashier, she stated they cannot write "Joyful Birthday Father" on the cake. I wondered why(coz Red Ribbons Can perform it, why can't they?) i figured it had been because it had been a roll therefore i mentioned to change it out to a regular circular cake of another taste. Once again, they declined to create on it. therefore i questioned why. They stated they can just write on greeting cakes. The greeting cakes are usually those generic chocolate or mocha chiffon cakes that aren't proficient at all. Why would i fork out cash for a cake we wouldn't eat anyway correct? I still obtained the brazo de mercedes and simply inquired for a candle. To my shock, they billed me for the stay candle too! I cannot help but compare, Reddish Ribbons writes dedications on ANY cake, n they don't really charge for the stay candle at all. I understand its not a lot but nonetheless, their customer services is actually bad! If just there is another bakeshop at the region, i'd cancel my order immediately. I purchased cakes everywhere which is my first-time to come across such arrogance! I'll never purchase anything there again!!!!
