I've visited this place many times - and passed because of it a lot more - and each time there's 1-3 tables filled with drunk and/or even loud tourists or even expats. Slow provider - had to move and discover the waitress myself to create an order.If you don't are just away to drink I would recommend other areas at the Terrasses at Ayala Mall.

Giligans was our spot to match for afternoon beers and happy hr foods. The beers are 3 for 150P and the pig stickers (BBQ) had been excellent. Yeah, the program is slow, but constant. We liked the area.
