(Sorry for the low quality photo.)Gerry's grill food is not consistent all through out their branches. Love their sisig. Although the food is not really pleasing to the eye, the food is delicious nonetheless. This branch has an alfresco dining area which shows the view of Manila Bay.

Perfect location at manila ocean park. Enjoy the view especially the sunset. Have a cold drink and the all time favorite pork sisig. Or just have sumptous meal with the whole family. Hopefully customer service improves.

I loved their shakes "four seasons and ripe mango" very tasty, beef kaldereta and sizzling tuna oh very yummy. My tummy is really satisfied. The services is okay they assists us nicely.

Because its bday lunch and celebrant want gerry's grill we ate there. We know the food here are great sisig, crispt pata, sinigang belly, pancit canton etc they are all great. One thing super bad in this branch is service they said cooking time for a big group is 30 - 40 mins which is ok bcoz guest will arrive around that time but in 15 mins they insisting to serve the food bcoz ang sabi istorbo daw sa kitchen kaya ilabas na i just agree even the guest are not here. When the guest arrived there is no rice and we waited for 10 mins for the rice and drinks. They know when i made a reservation its a bday lunch but they didn't advice we cant bring food but guest bring cake and they leave it in the guard and when claimed the cakes already melting. When the bill arrived wrong computation and return after 48 yrs. I will never go back in this branch very poor service and very stressful to have an event here.

Family time at Manila Ocean Park, and decided to have lunch at Gerry's Grill. This branch had an open verranda for a nice Manila Bay view. This side was the smoking area, but since it was just early in the afternoon, no one was smoking on their tables. The staff who assisted us was very friendly and accommodating. He had us seated right away and took our orders. We ordered Grilled Squid, Sisig, Chicken Skin, Sinigang Soup and Banana Split. Wait time for the food took about 30 mins or more. It's a good thing that when they served the food, they served everything all at once. We tried to have additional order of Clubhouse Sandwich, but was advised that cooking time for this is 45mins. Crazy! I dont know how that's possible, so we just cancelled it.Grilled Squid was the hightlight. It was very good! Cooked just right. Sisig tasted good too, but was a little dry and burned. Sinigang Soup tasted like sinigang, nothing special. Kids loved the Chicken Skin and Banana Split.

Food tastes great, as expected. But the major low is their service. Servers need to be more attentive. I know we came in after the lunch rush but that is not an excuse for the lukewarm service. When we are ready to order, I called the served and he told me that he will be back after a minute. Gone is the one minute, no one came. After five minutes, called another server and he acknowledge but lo and behold he took the order of the table ahead of ours. Buti na lang may breeding yun nasa kabilang table, sinabihan na unahin ang order namin dahil ako ang tumawag sa kanya. We gave him our order. Ordered crispy pata (regular), tinapa lumpia and ginataang kuhol. Sabi ko nga, the food is sooooo good. So ayun tapos na kami kumain, asked for the bill. Kaloka, charged samin family size na pata. Told the server to check our bill and took him another good 15 minutes na balikan kami. Parang masama pa loob sa maling order take nila. I hope they can improve pa the service. Kakadisappoint lang pag ganun kalukewarm ang service. Giving them a 2 kase masarap yun food pero the service deal breaker talaga.

The restaurant is quite busy as families who visited Manila Ocean Park come here to eat.Lumpiang Shanghai and the Liempo are must-tries.The Pork Sisig has a cinnamon-y flavor that I couldn't put my finger on and that I didn't like. But my boyfriend liked it and especially ordered it because of that odd flavor.They didn't have Avocado shake, which was very disappointing.

STAFF: Upon arrival most of the waiters are just sitting in one table. The waitress did not came back to get our order. Did not even serve us a glass of water and provided plates on our table unlike other tables. This experience is totally different from the Gerry's Team in MOA. Staff are not attentive enough.FOOD: As a fan of Gerry's Grill, Consistent and excellent!AMBIANCE: Equipment not organize. Should maintain cleanliness

Food was good but the staff should be more polite. So we had lunch here after a tiring stroll at the park. We were offered to sit outside since the inside seating is full and the only available table inside is far fron the airconditioning unit. We declined the outside seating kasi kahit mahangin, mainit pa rin sa labas and one of our kasama is profusely sweating already. When another table (which is right in front of the ac)became vacant, we politely requested if we can move in there. Now here comes ate nagrrant na"inalok kayo na dun sa labas, ayaw, mahangin naman". Maybe she was having a bad day already, but sana naman hndi sya magrant ng ganun kasi hndi naman kami namilit to switch tables. Nagbaka.sakali lang. And patuloy pa din syang nagrant with kasamang sungit face. Nevertheless, the food is okay naman. Mejo na.late lang ng serve yung drinks. I would have given this restaurant a 4 or 5 star rating but since the customer service was not really nice, so i have to give it 2.
