While visually stated that the eating place is in its 'soft opening' which incidentally is not any warranty on substandard expectations as you is paying regular costs... therefore, caveat for the proprietors... in the event that you expect your clients to pay full costs - it ISshowtime no excuses. That said - dined as a celebration of 1 and had the Macau Lechon and the siomai - two stapes to gauge of overall taste direction and cooking high quality of the restaurant. The Macau Lechon was well flavored for the crisp skin but didn't carry that flavor in to the meat... so, 3/5 right here... the siomai emerged later as needed to be steamed and was lighting/flavorful and 4/5. The restaurant was full which bodes well but overall the specific vs potential reflects a sizeable gap ahead.

Pretty good for a restaurant located at a gas station...good ambiance and meals for an acceptable price. Nice spot to eat if you prefer a quickie.

Finally, a genuine to goodness roast duck along with other meats restaurant close to my place! I visited the most recent branch in Santolan City Plaza (San Juan Town). Service quality still requirements improvement. The menus is as great as any dimsum cafe, but I must say i camefor the roast duck rice, which didn't disappoint.

Arrive for the authentic Cantonese roasted meats; and, become pleasantly surprised. Space is bound so anticipate to wait before you're seated. Given the restricted staff vis-a-vis the amount of customers, service could be slow nonetheless courteous.
