My second time eating here, so writing a short review.Tried the following:1. Roka Salata- salad as recommended by the majority: It's very good. It comes already mixed with slices of parmesan cheese on top. I'm not a fan of vinegarette pero ok ito. Rating 5/52. Hiring Brizola- Porkchop - ermm.. It's soft and well cooked but seems just above average to me Rating 3.5/54. Garlic Noodles (sides)- another meh order. It complements the porckchop well though. I keep remembering Mamou's truffle pasta (but that one's on a completely different level). Rating 3/54. Chicken and Seafood Yiouvetsi- Paella - ito ang masarap din! Tasty and the flavor is not too strong. Medyo makunat ang rice but probably that's how Greek paella is cooked? Rating 4.5/55. Pistachio Ice Cream- Like pistachio ice cream! Rating 4/5I read some reviews from website before ordering and one recurring recommendation is to try their bestseller salad: Roka Salata. Will try their flaming cheese saganaki next time.Solo sizes are large enough for two people.

My friend and I decided to have our Christmas dinner at Cyma, Robinsons Place Ermita. I rarely eat greek food cause i'm not that familiar with the cuisine and I didn't know what to order most of the time. LOL. But let me warn you that I still didn't have the full taste of the greek cuisine cause most of what we ordered were the safest ones. My friend is not a website so I think he chose those that he thinks are most like-able. 1. Mezedes Tis Oras Sample P680Broiled Baby Scallops, Grilled Calamari, Garide Psites (Shrimp)The platter for P680 is SO EXPENSIVE for me. I don't think its worth it for the amount of serving. The baby scallops were tender and were grilled nicely. I like how the shrimps tasted buttery and salty but nothing is really special on this dish. I guess seafoods are just too expensive that's why it's costly.2. Cyma Caesar P460 (For Sharing for 3-4 Pax)Oh I like this Caesar salad version of Cyma. It consists of romaine, parmigiano regianno, vine-riped tomato wedges, kalamata olives, croutons served with lemon ceasar salad dressing. The serving is huge so better order the SOLO one which is cheaper good for 2 pax already. 3. Hirini Brizola P655 (2pcs)3/4 Grilled Porkchops thick, tender, bone-in with your choice of side I think this particular dish convinced my friend to go back again at Cyma that's why he insisted on dining here. Good to know it's a very promising dish. The price is good for a thick cut porkchop which is tender but packed with meat. It's grilled and best eaten with rice.4.SIDES - Cyma Cauliflower RiceFaux Rice, Scallions, Dill, EvooIf i'm not mistaken this was the rice which was served with the porkchop. It tasted herby cause of the spices included and vegetables they added. I find it a little awkward in taste but it's tolerable.5. Cyma'd Ultimate Iced Tea P90 (Solo)Still on the hunt for the best iced tea! This one didn't make any mark though but it's good. Pretty acceptable house-blend iced tea.OverallI find Cyma too pricey for the dishes that i've tried. I wish we were courageous enough to try their bestselling greek food and that one dish which they were required to shout OPAH!!! Anyway, I will comeback next time hopefully to have a better experience at Cyma.

Wonderful freshly made salads to start with which could be already be very filling. Share any of their sizzling cheese menu! I just love that they have all the Mediterranean wonders-- fish, seafood, meat, poultry choices! Cooked healthy or with a touch of naughty grease! Have a go and give your palate something to enjoy. Going through their menu would be a journey for the great website!

I've been here a couple of times but its my first to write this review. This place is one of my fave restos in robinsons -its a little pricey but definitely sulit (big serving, excellent quality). We ordered roka salata, lamb souvlaki, and osso bucco pasta. As usual, every meal is packed with flavor. The meat is very tender and tasty. Also must try is their: vongole pasta, pork chop

NB: 4.8 ratingCYMA is one of my top choices for any occasion, whether for a date, meet up with close friends or family bonding. It is really a delightful dining experience. You may warm up the experience by trying their roka salata (salad), this one is kind of expensive but it deserves its price tag. If you want to be shouted at you may also order the flaming cheese. But apart from the shouting, it's not really spectacular. You can then move on to greek onion soup, this one should be shared by two persons whether lovers or friends since it is quite filling, it's packed with flavors. Spanakopita (spinach pie) would also tease your palete in a very good way.Gyros varieties (a Greek counterpart of kabab on pita) are generally delectable too.Into the main dishes, and If i am not mistaken, the seafood makaronia is comparable to a paella, its pasta but it looks & tastes like a very special kind of rice, very tasty too.Greek chicken adobo is like an adobo, but cooked in olive oil, a bit more sour than the local version but i also love it. It has potatoes so you.may or may not eat it with rice.Overall, if you want to impress or please your companion, visit Cyma. Service here is definitely above average.
