💕Date for Two: Banana Caramel, Red Velvet Cream, Cioccolata Churros💌Total: P370Overall: We recently had our quick Intramuros Tour and we came across this little churros cafe located outside of Bayleaf Hotel. We needed a place to stay for a quick snack so we gave this one a shot.Banana Caramel (P120) – finished this one so fast, a reliable indicator that the drink was awesome!Red Velvet Cream (P150) – can’t stop thinking about this drink until now! It’s so chocolatey-rich and creamy, texture is astounding and taste is heavenly. Again, we finished this quite quicker than expected. Ohhh, can they just deliver from Intramuros to Mandaluyong? Huhu. We need this in our lives. It’s so good this one deserves a closer look. Haha! So we guess you’re drooling on this as well right?Cioccolata Churros (P100) – the churros is all good, perfectly crisp and sweetened – the chocolate dip is a bit disappointing. It’s bland, not that thick and tasty as expected. Props to them for using local tablea though. Or maybe if they add more options with the dips, it would make the entire picture wonderful. And given it’s just a hundred bucks, it’s just fine.Value for money: For the drinks, it’s worth it! The prices are a steal already. Churros can be set aside the next time. Should have given this one 5 stars but 4 for now, will wait for those extra dips *fingers crossed*. Haha.#DateForTwo at Cioccolata Churros Cafe

Their coffee and churros are worth it and yummy! Their menu is not too pricey and although the cafe is small, it is somehow still spacious enough. I'm reiterating that the churros is a must taste when you pass-by the location, it's just beside McDonald's and The Bayleaf Hotel.

Ordered ......One Hot Caramel Macchiato...Small but absolutely delicious, one of the best CM I have tasted...One Asian Crunch Salad...had an almost fishy taste but greens were crisp and fresh, loved the salad dressing, I would order again...two Chicken with Egg Sandwiches...Excellent, loved it served in the mini bread loaf and the chicken salad was fresh....One Banana Caramel Cold drink...very tasty...and last, Chocolate Churros; Churros were sweet and crisp the chocolate not so good...was idk..bland maybe..just wasn't up to par.Overall was a very enjoyable experience. We would return. As a foot note they were out of three sandwiches; the corned beef (my second choice), BLT (my first choice) and Grilled Cheese Ensaymada. The cashier didn't think that was a big deal, "it's only three sandwiches", she told me...lol...three sandwiches is 30% of their sandwich menu...and if you want pizza (third choice) it's 20-30 minutes as they order it for you from somewhere down the street.

After a long tour in National Museum, we came across Cioccolata near Intramuros and it's a great place to just hang out and chill. They have varieties of food and drinks and it's filling and delicious. It is a must to stop-by whenever you're in the area.

Been so long since i posted a review ( Tho i only have 2 reviews 😅✌).Okay now for the food. Whenever i go to intramuros i will always drop by to get some churros and that everytime i go there its always heaven for me its so good it doesnt have the "Umay factor" you can also add cinnamon sugar if you want to. Service? It was okay what i like is the place its nice but i wish they had seats outside for a person like me who smokes ☺

As you can see... the photo had one sad churros left. But, don't be sad, its because they were too tasty to be left lying around. These warm crispy buttery things were gobbled in less than 2minutes! Churros? Head to Cioccolata. Wondering why I rated it a 4.5 though? Their restroom was improperly ventilated. It was suffocating, it made me nauseous. Moreover, they made their wifi access prohibitive at PHP100 per hour?!? Seriously. Come on, give it at a reasonable rate! :)

Visited on a Sunday morning with a friend and decided to get two orders of churros, one with a cacao dip and the other one with a coffee caramel, and I also ordered a brazo cup.I loooved the brazo cup! It was really fluffy and the custard filling had a little salty kick. Plus, it's super affordable at P35! For the churros, they were a bit too oily for me. I liked the caramel dip more than the cacao dip. Overall, the food is really affordable and good. I have yet to try their sandwiches and coffee so I will update this review once I do. 😊

My friends and I stayed at Bayleaf Hotel. We decided to take a quick tour of the hotel's surrounding until we felt the need to eat.Cuiccolata Churros Cafe is located beside the hotel. The place is a bit small but comfortable. It looks like it's a hangout of students from Lyceum and/or Mapua because all we saw were kids. Fortunately, it wasn't noisy.Apart from Churros, they also serve other pastries, sandwiches, pizza, salad, coffee and other cold drinks.I tried their Crispy BLT (P120) and Churros (P100) I was really impressed with the sandwich. The bread was slightly toasted, the bacon was definitely crispy, and the sandwich has this spicy kick that I really enjoyed. The Churros were good too. It is somehow similar to Dulcinea...not at all sweet. The chocolate dip wasn't thick enough like I want it to but it was fine.I wish they would have other outlets in the future because I want to try more of their food. The place is just quite far.
