If I had to file a complaint, the subject of my email would be "Why Is Your Food So Good?" All the food we've tried from different occasions were consistently fresh, delicious, classy, and special. When I look at the crabs and lobsters, I want to sing "Under The Sea" with my trying-hard Sebastian voice.

It was our family friend’s despedida and my parent’s friends treated all of us at this restaurant. It’s my first time here and got confused on where to go. They made a reservation for one of the function rooms and pre-ordered dishes on their menu. I wasn’t able to take photos of all of the dishes since everyone was hungry and started eating whenever a new dish arrives. Service was great they provide anything you need and ask for. Food was ok, some were over cooked most especially the prawns. Ask for the platter for Chinese favorites that one I liked it had asado pork, century egg, seaweed, roast chicken and not sure what the last one was 😅Place looked old and needed some renovations in some area.

Over 10 years ago we had our reception here. This year my sis in law celebrated her wedding here with their 10 course lauriat. And the food is still delicious even after all these years.

Century seafood is a chinese restaurant institution found inside the century park hotel. I describe it as an institution because they have stayed strong in the chinese lauriat market for so long! They have always served quality and consistent chinese lauriat food at affordable pricing. They have a lot of space and function rooms where you can celebrate big events like weddings and reunions. It is good to note that they have a free parking area across the hotel along ocampo st. Usually people who go here park at the harrison plaza open parking but actually, it is easier and free to park at century’s parking lot. It is quite spacious and can accommodate a good number of cars. (see photo)Chinese lauriat restaurants always serve free peanuts but the free peanuts at century is a level up! aside from the standard fried peanuts, they also serve boiled peanuts which are very good. (see photo) Common also among chinese lauriats is the option to pay a fixed cost per table to get unlimited canned and bottle drinks. (see photo)I went there for the first birthday party of a friend’s son. The food was good as expected. Century is good at preparing huge amounts of food and still being able to maintain the quality. also, I got to eat sea mantis! pretty good! tastes more like shrimp than crab or lobster. I think I have tried this before but it was definitely a long time ago.

Our go-to place whenever we have family gatherings because of their ability to serve good food for large gatherings. I have a hugh respect for this restaurant because despite the fluctuating nunber of bookings they have in the hotel, they are still able to maintain consistent quality on the food of this restaurant throughout the years. No wonder the Chinese grandparents love his place so much. The staff are very respectful and accommodating. Their food here is good; seasoning and taste match the Filipino-Chinese taste and preference. 😀

Century Seafood Restaurant located in Centurk Park Hotel is one of the top choices in lauriat style wedding banquets and other social events. The quality and taste of its dishes made it even more popular among Chinese. The restaurant has undergone refurbishment. The food here are really good. What I don't like here is management is not strict in its smoking policy. I was just here last night and I was really irritated with those dining guests from mainland China who were smoking. They were just seated near the entrance of the restaurant so it would have been easy for them to just smoke outside. Even if it's not a smoking area, they still smoked and they didn't care if there were babies and children near them. If management is afraid to offend or lose their smoking customer, then I hope that smoke alarm will be adjusted to detect even smoke from cigars so smoking guests will have no choice but not to smoke inside.

Century Seafood Restaurant has retained its popularity and status as one of the top choices for engagement or wedding receptions of Chinese couples. Aside from the great food, the prices of the lauriat set menus here are not as expensive as those in the restaurants of other 5-star hotels. Thus, couples should book at least a year ahead. Must try here are the lauriat set menus consisting of cold cuts, soup, prawns, crabs, noodles, etc. Choices will depend on the price range that you will select.

Century Seafood Restaurant is very popular among the Filipino Chinese community. The place is fully booked on weekends and reserved for special functions such as weddings, birthdays, baptismal, anniversaries. It is advisable to book your function 1 year in advance. They serve authentic and good quality Chinese cuisine. The place is big enough to accommodate 700 guests.

I don't know how Century manages to do it, but boy have they been consistent through the years! They always add new entrees to keep up with the changing world -- personal favorites would be the wasabi prawns/shrimp and the lobster with noodles!! Although quite expensive, we always go for their set menus as we only visit when there are special occasions and as a big group. Their set menus never disapppoint, and sometimes we have the entrees included changed for the dishes we like. My recommendations would be the ones mentioned above, the new discovery of ours -- giant scallops from america which were cooked to perfection along with garlic bits and probably onion leeks, the orange soup (don't know the name apparently), the fish lips soup, giant shrimp with special sauce and garlic (my favorite ever since I was a kid!!!), birthday noodles, the crab, taro hot dessert, and of course, 'malayko' -- just ask for this, you wont regret it! Their managing staff are super nice and accommodating (I know this because they've been around for so long and I've been dining here for so long already!). Their waiters are always alert and helpful too! Place is also clean, and best for events!
