We were simply on a search for a good eating place in the Timog/Morato area, thus we didn't know very well what to expect. The area will be smack in the center of the area, no problem finding. The interior is quite modest, nothing fancy; zero desk cloths, starchednapkins nor sophisticated furnishing, it experienced a pub sensation inside. We chosen the tapas: croquettas, gambas, & some Pilipino tapas, sisig and tinapa rolls. The servings had been good for 2. I have to admit I was amazed, we ate everything to the final bite, very flavourful. In fact, we were almost complete but ordered 2 even more Pilipino meals: Pork Binagoongan (a residence specialized) & Adobong Pusit (squid). The squid dish was exceptional but I needed even more of the spicy bagoong in the pork, also it would have been ideal. We met the brand new chef who simply became a member of, she's from the united states. We chatted a little and gathered you can find adjustments underway to pep up the menus. I guess that will be why there is some glitches: no wines by the glass plus some meals had been unavailable, plus no bank cards accepted. I could see great possible in the area, I'd like to keep coming back for the paella (needs 45 mins of prep) and all of those other tapas they offer. An excellent find the area!
