Small place and it's in an open place so if you want to just chill and eat your ice cream at peace, probably not the best place to do so since lots of people passes by the area.We usually just go here for desserts. They have a wide array of ice cream choices. I think it was chocolate therapy ( I forgot the exact name) which i liked the most. The only thing I don't like about their ice cream is it would bee too sweet after so your throat wouls hurt. Be sure to drink plenty of water afterwards.

Considering how strickingly gorgeous it looks like, it’s taste is striking forgettable. It tastes like any other berry-flavored ice cream. As for the the sponge that covers the cake’s diameter, it might be intricately beautiful to look at, but there’s nothing special with how it tastes, which is similar to plain, somewhat moist wafers. This is not worth the visit.

My boyfriend and I get our dessert/gelato fix here mostly everytime we visit Rob Manila. Went there recently and they had a promo: a free scoop of their new flavors (rocky road, double dutch, and I forgot the exact name but it’s coffee lol) for an order of single scoop of any of their flavors. It was a treat for us because we both liked what we ordered. We really liked the double dutch and the coffee one. Can’t wait to visit this branch again. 😊

I am a big fan of their chocolate mint but for a place that sells gelato, their ventilation is awful. It’s absolutely warm inside their resto and, quite frankly, suffocating. It’s best if you get your gelato to go and eat it while you roam around the mall.

For the longest time, I thought that Cara Mia only serves gelato and cakes. Their gelato and cakes are undoubtedly mouth-watering, but I wasn’t sure if I could say the same with their other offerings. To solve the mystery, Boyet and I decided to give it a try one Sunday afternoon. When we arrived, the store was really busy as customers flock to try out their best-selling gelato. Though they have a wide array of gelato and cakes to choose from, I can’t say the same with the food choices. With a very limited menu, the server even came back to me twice to tell me that my initial orders were not available.

After eating dinner, we had our desserts here. Service was a bit slow and I find the serving for their gelato smaller than the branch at Trinoma.

Yesterday, I went to Robinson's Ermita just because I am craving for something. I was walking around to go to Serenitea when I saw this Gelato place. I saw that my favorite flavor is available, which is Strawberry Supreme. So I tried it and added Mint with Chocolate. I loved it!!! Also, I was regretful for a moment because I didn't know they have cakes and other pastries. But still, it tastes good although it is kind of pricey. The place is nice but warm. Although, I hope the staff will be approachable next time :)

I think the mistake I made was that instead of buying the gelato cake, I chose the ice cream. If you just want to have a taste of the ice cream I suggest you buy the Jr. Scoop instead, buy two of those and you're good to go. Well, I'm satisfied with their gelato. The mango berry medley won my heart. I should've just bought that and the blueberry cheesecake instead of the cookie dough. Oh well, till my next trip. Looking forward to it.

Just finished demolishing a plate of their Creamy Pesto & Prosciutto. It's one of the better creamy pesto that I've tasted. (Disclosure: I prefer oil-based pesto to the creamy one.) The prosciutto was the perfect foil to the creamy sauce. This is the first time I dined in, despite having bought cakes to take away and give to officemates celebrating their birthdays for months now. Will be back to try the other types of pasta when time permits.

Cake wise. The "Rogue" was really good. It lives up to its credentials bestowed by Inquirer as the best dessert the shop has to offer. Very presentable, I look at it as a work of art with its vibrant colors and heavenly taste. Highly recommend!
