Cabalen lang ang buffet restaurant na binabalikbalikan naming maganak dito sa Ermita. Aside sa walking distance lang sya from our home, ang mga pagkain ay the best talaga, specially the laing, kare-kare and fried kangkong.

I had a great experience with Cabalen in Ermita. Their morcon, sisig, sampelot and laing were tasty and their staff was amazing to deal with.

Im very disappointed with the food here in cabalen 😔 i didn't expect that the Cabalen i know for having good quality of food is no longer exists. They really have poor quality of foods, but ill give credit to the staff ( very attentive) to the elegant furnishings. I hope cabalen will improve their quality when it comes to their product.

I am really disappointed with their food. The Kare-kare doesn't even have meat in it. I wouldn't return here ever or to any Cabalen restaurants.

As a kapampangan dito sa Ortigas hulog ng langit ang Cabalen dito sa Ermita! Their gatang kohol betuteng tugak, balut and adobong pugo are just the best! Thanks Cabalen!

What I really love about Cabalen-Ermita aside from their variety of Filipino and Asian dishes is the modern- traditional look of their restaurant’s interior. From the wooden dining chairs and tables, variety of food choices presented in kawali to the chandelier, everything is just so beautiful! Their Kapampangan specialties are a must-try.

Food: 4/5 Comfort foodClealiness: 1/5 There are lots of flies. Some of it even going into the food. The staff are already seeing it and do nothing about it.Service: 1/5 They have to put at least a water dispenser somewhere so we don't have to ask a glass of water from time to time since they are serving a buffet and the drinks are not included. Plus the manager,I already informed him that we have a senior citizens with us when we asked for a billl and still include my Uncle as normal pay in the bill. Good thing I checked the receipt before we pay. Tricky Management.Price: 4/5 reasonableAll in all find somewhere with the same price of buffet with a less hassle.
