BROOKLYN'S NEW YORK PIZZARobinson's ManilaJust an ordinary day, my bf asked me out on a dinner... I was eyeing for Jollibee's Chicken Joy that night and we were suppose to use freebies from BPI credit card; when we bumped into this open spaced store. The place looks like it was unfinished but I think that they are copying the yellow cab style where... ooopppsss sorry for comparing. Anyways, upon reaching the place we saw this banner 2 pizzas for Php495... well we have no idea of what the pizzas looked like and how it tastes, surprisingly the manager approached us and explained the promo and gave us the menu so we could check the composition of the pizzas... Since we were so hungry, we both decided to dine and check the food. So we ordered the following manhattan sized or the 10" pizzas, the promo Php495 includes one classic and one premium flavored pizzas; for the classic flavor, since we both love cheese, we chose #WhitePizza which was composed of several cheeses (sorry I cannot and I was not able to memorize them).and for the premium flavor, we chose the Pork and Mushroom Pizza, which of course composed of red sauce, pork and mushroom. The size is just right, the edge are crispy but not overdone, the pizza crust is not too thick and is soft and you can really taste the flavors. We would probably go back to taste the other flavors...

Summary: White pizza 4.5/5Pizza is always masarap. But its final taste will boil down to 2 important ingredients:1. Cheese: especially mozzarella 2. Dough My favorite pizza here is their “White Pizza". No tomato sauce, no meat, just bread and cheese (+etc). And masarap siya of course. It satisfies the basic requirements for a good pizza with no points to improve on (unless you want more toppings to which I always prefer more garlic). I personally shy away from all-meat pizzas (ham + salami + burger + bacon - dapat nag hamburger na lang ako haha). The simpler, the better.Pesto Pizza: Its their white pizza with pesto added, and tastes very much like pesto pasta. One little problem about their Rob Manila branch (hence the score): Since the store is non-enclosed, kids can easily approach you and ask for money or spare change. I commend the staff for trying their best to usher out the children (and sometimes adults) professionally.

A handful of years ago, Brooklyn's pizza used to be one of my favorite brands to munch on, specifically their White Cheese. At some point, my sister and I suddenly started craving this particular flavor and thus ended up calling for a delivery. The ordering process was smooth, their staff member was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. It took about forty minutes for our food to arrive, though I did note that by this time it was rather room temperature instead of nice and hot.We got a Brooklyn-sized 18" half and half order of white cheese and pepperoni. (P700+). Aside from bordering on being cold, the crust seemed to be much thinner than I remembered and at every first bite into a slice - a huge chunk of the layered cheese would come off. with it. I could taste the white cheese, but it was not as enjoyable as I remembered. We also got an order of Spaghetti and Meatballs (P325), which I have to say was extremely disappointing. The entire dish was cold. The noodles lacked in sauce, which furthermore lacked in flavor. The meatballs were tasteless and burned out the outside.Over-all, I am giving my throwback experience a 2.5 and now entirely recall as to why we gradually stopped ordering their pizza over the years. It is just not worth it - at all.@

I've always loved brooklyn's new york pizza. Tried it here with the family a couple of years ago and my mom didn't really enjoy it (idk Y I actually do)Last week, I decided to tag the boyfie along to satisfy my 4-year old Brooklyn's New York Pizza craving. My faves would always be their pesto (w/ lots of parmesan cheese and their "hot" sauce which is more on the sour side than on the hot side.) and their pizzas.Although their ermita branch doesn't really look nice and inviting. It looks very messy. Some of their supplies (like bottled soda, etc.) are outside their kitchen--where their customers can really see....and that's a no-no for restaurants. Also, there are only a few tables :(Lastly, their service time is very poor. (especially if you're already hungry af. Good thing, Brooklyn's New York Pizza is very budget friendly 💖

PASTA DAY!FINALLY WE MEET AGAIN BROOKLYN'S! When I saw their branch while strolling at Rob, I immediately insisted my friends to have our lunch here since my experience at BF Branch wasn't bad after all.We had a hard time choosing what pastas to order so we decided to order two different kinds - with red sauce & white sauce. For the red sauce, we had Spicy Shrimp, my favorite pasta! Very rich in flavor and has enough shrimps. For the white sauce, we had Bacon & Mushroom. It was so creamy but buttery. Salty in flavor just like what I prefer. Brooklyn's, you never fail to make my tummy happy ❤️P.S Their super size plate is good for 2-3persons already.
