great location for family ,nice broad area and great staff , takoyaki octopus ,sakuyaki ,tiryaki ,kashiwa don and beef bowl are excellent ,stewed beef and hayashi are alright. edmamae is delicious certainly .pleasurable time, quite place and corner of Robinsons galleria.

we were window shopping at Ayala Vertis North and made a decision to have lunch time at their Japantown. we chose this resto and we didn't regret it. purchased their recommended products in the menu- Specific Tonkutsu Ramen and Miso Ramen. Servings were huge and great forsharing. i acquired a grape shake that was also refreshing.

Ate at Botejyu 3 separate times with family members from the Fisher Mall place which just opened earlier Feb 2020. The meals was great but a little on the pricey aspect and every time the support was bad! The final period I ordered their specific sidesalad and getting waited for 25 mins,i made a decision to cancel my purchase. I doubt I'm going to be coming back right here. You can find other Japanese restaurants at Fisher mall which are simply as good with much better customer service.

Funny thing may be the Botejyu inside pasig estancia mall can't be found or will not exist here. This is my first-time here and it had not been too good. I will ensure it is short.. the “medium uncommon” steak I got them redo was nevertheless mediumwell and hard. THEREFORE I didn’t bother and ate fifty percent because I was as well starving. I told their supervisor that their chef does not have any idea what medium uncommon was and perhaps has no information on how to make steaks.. My electronic I tempura batter has been a little too heavy and you need to obtain the raddish and ginger for the dipping sauce, when actually it should include it already. Next, there is a meeting in three hours & most of the personnel are moving furnitures about while you can find customers like me nevertheless in the area. Folks from Maid in Malacañang reserved the location. It’s just insufficient customer service.. That is my first and may be my last time here. I appreciated the tea though. Therefore NO thumbs up from me no recommendation. Price sensible..it’s okay but I've tried better for exactly the same.

Botejyu Robinsons Magnolia have the worst provider!! Incompetent manager! Undertrained individuals. Very bad knowledge with the mistakes in helping our orders as the waiter who got our purchase was not in a position to provide 2 of our foods plus gave an incorrect order. My purchase arrived1 hour after buying when everyone inside our table (friends & household) had been done. But the purchase that came was quite far from that which was shown in the menus so even though I was starving, I felt it had been not correct and their menus was deceiving therefore i called the supervisor. This Supervisor, Mr JohnBrille Macayba, had been really incompetent and arrogant towards me. He could be unable of handling customer problems. He didn't apologize right apart but instead, gave a justification that the image on the menus was actually incorrect. He didn't offer to improve the order or remove it of our bill. Extremely disappointing!!!😤😤😤
