Boracay Cafe once was located across the wharf inside Biliran and couple of months ago relocated to a more impressive and better place 500 meters inland across the Circumferential street. The hosts Dolly and Eddy obtained their expertise in Boracay Island (therefore the name of these establishment).The are great hosts and cooks and the beverages are ice cool. Besides their little but tasty and affordable Filipino menu, they're also available to entertain special demand and can oblige provided they are able to find the ingredients. Whenever we visited in November, we'd asked if they will make us mussels in whitened wines with fries (a Belgian speciality), plus they do, it tasted delicious, in addition they provided us a tune sashimi with wasabi as appetizer which proved to de equally tasty. We shall for sure keep coming back for more. Strongly suggested.

Just what a little gem that is. Happily surprised. Basic, inexpensive, goof. We throughly liked the meals, the native environment and the aquaric boracay additional decor touches.

Amazing food, relaxed ambience, and most importantly a community vibe associated with welcoming hospitality get this to a must quit on your next balancing in Biliran. I extremely happily ate here 3 nights in a row while going to, and met locals traveling from as faras Leyte, Leyte and Naval to take pleasure from the delicious menus and warm program. Great atmosphere, excellent hosts, great food, sensible prices. Final Sunday we visited Boracay Cafe for lunch time, the area was busy (good indication that it's successful). Dolly had ready well known Mussels in white wines (not on the standard menu, special demand) and theywere delicious. Many thanks dolly.

Despite having requested Tripadvisor many times over the past six months or so, to improve the incorrect location marker, for reasons unfamiliar to us, they will have failed to achieve this. The cofrr3ect area is directly on Biiran Circumferential street just round the 90 degrees turnin the centre of town. Really sad attitude of Tripadvisor, because food, service and ambiance is great in Borocay Cafe. Highly recommended.
