My very first BonChon experience some years ago was at this branch. I was with my sister and we decided to try something new. I was also curious what the craze was about. I didn't know how and what to order so I expected the staff would be very friendly and would guide us but instead the lady at the counter was somewhat rude. I couldn't understand what she was asking and because I'm not familiar with their products, I probably answered wrong. I think she asked if I wanted the chicken to be spicy or soy garlic. I thought soy and garlic were two different flavors so I answered soy but not garlic or something like that. I saw the bewilderment on her face, and then she added something else that I didn't understand. I felt embarrassed at that time. I understand that there's a long line of customers but they should always treat each customer with respect and guide them as first timers.In the spirit of fairness, the food was good, chicken was flavorful though the serving was small. The place was small also while there were several customers waiting in line. After that experience, it took me a while to try another BonChon.

I have to commend how crispy their chicken are even after drenching it to its sauces. I mean it was really a great technique. And I love how huge their chicken are. Hope their rice are huge in serving too. Anyway, their new crunchy garlic flavor was really good and a good pair with the chicken. Yum!

I really renjoy the food they serve it hot and freshly cook. The ambiance is good for a barkada treat. You will enjoy the place and tthe proper serving by the staff.

always great to indulge in bonchon's chicken. favorite is their thigh part. crunchy outside and juicy inside. soy garlic and crunchy garlic are the best among the flavors.

Almost every mall has this restaurant. I first heard about BonChon when I dined at Chicken Charlie na parang wala na ngayon. They said soy chicken here is much better, so I gave it a try, and yesssss it is. BonChon has been one of my favorite fast food restaurants eversince👍🏻
