This place is quite big compared to other stores located at the second floor of One Archers, it has a cozy atmosphere with friendly and smiling staff's  always ready to serve you.  I like the Banana Waffle, it has ice cream and whipped cream on top of banana its a better tasting Waffle made even better with my Caramel Caffe' Latte.

Bing's Fong Cafe or Holly's Coffee? The name of the restaurant was confusing. But then it's hard to miss being the front liner of One Archer's Place. Their pasta menu reads Carbonara, Lasagna and Bolognese all priced at Php 160. Serving size was good for one. Went for Lasagna plus White Chocolate regular drink at Php 125.While waiting for our orders, my exhausted eyes began to notice the relaxing vibe of the place: wood and greens. This should be a great nook for reading or studying. When the food arrived, I realized they were not the perfect match. One was sweet the other was salty. But I must say that I very much enjoyed the Lasagna. First it came straight from the oven. It was hot and oozing. Second, it's so cheesy and meaty. Was blabbering the whole time how a prize it was after biting layer after layer of cheesiness.Next, my white chocolate cold drink. It was the opposite because my white chocolate tasted like milk. Or should it? Though had a little shock, still managed to finish it. Maybe a hot version would be better next time.Next, my white chocolate cold drink. My boyfriends was the one who tried bingsu here first, but then I was actually the one who was craving for this ever since so he decided to bring me here and the first try was heavenly. I ordered the mango bingsu, and my boyfriend had the chocolate one. Soft, white, snowice-like with milk in it would definitely make me want to go back! I can't wait to try their season fruit, because it is strawberry! I hope they would have it on my next visit.

Went with my best friend twice here. We tried their bingsu since it's not a lot of restaurants around there offered bingsu. The first floor was crowded. On our second visit, we decided to go to the second floor. It was cozier and nicer in my opinion though it could use a little more lighting. I love that they had a student discount bingsu upgrade when we went there. We tried the injeolmi and the chocolate one. I'm a fan of chocolate but didn't like the chocolate bingsu much. Injeolmi was okay but I've tried better.

Love the taste of snow flakes. It feels like creamy milk, not like shaved ice. Would try other flavor like mango and almond. Good place for studying and tambay. #highlyrecommended #bingsoo #snowflakes 🍓

The shaved ice wins! Perfect for people who enjoy cold treats. Don't forget to try their Mango flavor because it's the best we've tasted. The ambiance of the store is great too! You can just sit there and chat with your friends for hours.

Tried their snow flake (it is like shaved ice and reminds me of Cold Layers), since word around the area is it is a must-try. Great for those who love cold treats. Had the chocolate snow flake but there are other choices. It comes in two sizes and the bigger one, in our experience, could be shared by three persons. The place is big (with 2 floors) and very accommodating too for those who would want to study.

Formerly known as Hollys Coffee, which is now known as Bing’s Fong and was converted into a Korean Coffee Shop. They now serve Korean dessert, which is called Bingsu. The place was big enough to be able to accommodate a lot of customers and also have a second floor for group gatherings and has provided a smoking area for cigarette smokers.

Didnt get to visit this place when it was still Holly's Coffee, but I'm glad I finally did when they became a cafe slash bingsoo place. I've always wanted to try bingsoo and this was a great start to my search for the best bingsoo out there! We visited the place after having lunch at Ichiro, and we decided to get the chocolate bingsoo in grande (190php for grande, 160 for regular). There were three of us and it was the best serving size to get. All that I can say is that we enjoyed every last bit of it despite the casual brain freezes. The chocolate bits used tasted good! Consistent in flavor and beautifully made. The milk tasted good. Tip : mix the bingsoo as you finish half of it for better flavor. Now that I've tried their chocolate bingsoo, I cant wait to come back for their strawberry bingsoo when it becomes available. The only thing I do not like about this place, hence the 2.5, is the numerous cockroaches I was able to spot during my visit. There was one on the cookies area and one on the wall behind me. Sanitation could use some help.

I'm currently addicted to bing soo and I'm on a mission to try every bing soo place I chance upon. 😁 I ordered the Injeolmi bing soo (I think they spell it as Injealmee here I'm not sure). It was good--I liked the rice cakes (like mochi), the almonds, and grain powder. But I was disappointed at the milk snow because it hardly tasted like milk. It wasn't exceptional, but I guess for that kind of price I can't really complain. 😄
