The food is good but the service is slow. The food attendant told us that we need to wait for 25 minutes for our dessert, it has been more than 30 minutes and they still haven't served our order. I know that there are quite a lot of people but they should make sure they are able to attend to everyone. Apart from the service the rest is okay. Although it's not a place I'd return to anytime soon, it's great to try.

I found a great dessert place for my sweet tooth! At first, i just wanted to have a smoothie but as i was browsing the menu the snow ice which looks more like a "bingsu" caught my attention. The waitress said their best-sellers were the King Mango and Black Forest. I just had mango bingsu yesterday so I have to try to Black Forest :) My friend and I got the regular size which is good for 2 which costs P240. It is chocolate shaved ice topped with chocolate ice cream and with chocolate brownies, wafer and stik-o on the sides. Chocolate overload!!! Nevertheless, it's really good and satisfying especially for a chocolate addict like me! However, it just confused me that they named it Black Forest but there is no taste of cherry.

Wait staff said the name Bill is a fictitious one and this is a franchise from Taiwan. I had to ask because Bill Bear is not exactly common. The only Taiwan identity they have though are the Snow Ice variety. We got Strawberry and the Black Forest variety. The ice wasn't as fine that of Bingsu. The milk not as sweet nor creamy. The Strawberry was ordinary while Black Forest offers more with a variety of toppings to it. So Bill Bear Cafe has Italian, American and Japanese mostly. Barbecue Chicken Pizza was way salty. The upside though was the barbecue taste was really felt. Meat were quite big slices making it look unworthy. The crust were well made. Diced Beef Tepan at Php 389 maybe was overpriced. I did enjoy the tender feel of the meat and its flavor. The accompanying Mushroom Sauce could use a more appetizing look. Others relatively enjoyed their pasta dishes. A friend got two cups of coffee and says they serve it really well.

My bff and I were running out of options for a coffee place because we've tried almost all here in rob manila, and then we finally saw Bill's bear cafe. We ordered blueberry cheesecake served with vanilla ice cream, iced mocha and iced coffee hazelnut. Over all, it was okay. Typical coffee place and drinks because I know very well my taste for coffee. 👍🏻

Not a really famed place but I like staying here to have some alone time/to study. I always order their milk tea. I've tried the Bill's Bear milktea and their Wintermelon milk tea. I loved both. The former is sweeter than the latter, so take that into consideration, but both are worth the try. I love how their serving is big as well! Pictured below is in Medium (no pearls). However, if you ordered it for to-go, the cup would be smaller. I've tried their thick crust half&half pizza (Hawaiian & Chicken bbq) , but it wasn't good for my taste. Maybe the thin crust one is better. Surely is one of my favorite chill places + they have wifi as well.
