A cockroach crawled out of the basket of cutleries on our table! We alerted the waitstaff and the lady in charge was absolutely apathetic about the incident. She didn't even apologize. Most disgusting thing ever!

My husband and I enjoyed their cheese burger, buffalo wings and garlic shrimp here. Not satisfied with their french fries, but it's okay. We will definitely go back and eat here. :-)

SM Manila Branch: Date of visit: December 18, 2016Time: around 6:00pmVery poor service! Staff are so discourteous. Served our food without table tissue. We ordered for an overload fries but we canceled it, reason-they forgot that we order that food and they served it when we're almost done with our burgers! Very poor service and so discourteous! Floors are dirty, oily and slippery! Nothing special with this burger house food is not great actually. I'd rather go for Jollibee's Champ and McDonald's Quater Pounder or their Big Mac. Not recommended especially the SM Manila branch.

Big Daddy's is absolutely one of the reasonably priced burger & wings restaurants out there - that does not compromise on the quality of food and service they provide their customers. Their burgers really do satisfy one's cravings! Their Cheese Burger have been an all-time favorite between me and my cousin - MUST TRY!

1/8/16Me and my girlfriend dined to celebrate our 30th month so I was looking for somewhere special (and new, as usual). I have been very curious with this new place near the mall's cinema and what caught our attention was their offering of shrimp bucket (since my girlfriend has had this thing for shrimp for quite some time now).FOOD: 4.5I had buffalo wings (my second favorite chicken dish), while Princess ordered carbonara and ofcourse, we tried their shrimp. Everything tasted so well but the only thing that avoided the 5 points sadly, was the shrimp. It had that undercooked taste and feel which prevented me from enjoying everything. I tried using its sauce to cover the taste and it went smoothly then.PRICE: 4.5This may go down to food but the number of shrimp in the shrimp 'bucket' was the hindrance. I was expecting a bit more in number (or maybe in size) for the price.SERVICE: 5We were attended well and the staff was welcoming. We were seated in the corner where the counter was not visible and their effort to check in us consistently was very nice.PLACE: 4It was not well-furnished and the spaces were not fully-utilized. I was not able to see any consistent theme or motiff and it was confusing. It was also not so inviting in terms of appeal to attract vustomers.LOCATION: 5It was strategically located outside the mall's cinema and near other restaurants/fast food. It was also near the escalator making it even more prone to a number of diners.OVERALL: 4.5The experience plus the very good food made this recommendable.

burgers are pricey because i think i can get the same kind of burgers they have with a cheaper price. we just tried it for experience and i think its not that bad. the store is organized, neat, calm. not a lot of people are dining

The food is always great! Oh, and take note of the affordability. I love their burger steak and other beef goodies. On the other hand, the service needs improvement. The place is really small and can only accommodate small number of customers.

Definitely love the food. It was delicious. Busog sa burger na ito. Bacon and cheese burger with fries and ice tea worth 225 pesos. Pwede na. Okay naman ang place and okay din naman ang staffs.

I've ordered the Angus wrap and porkloin steak while ny friend ordered the ribs and taco. Everything went well, serving is reasonable for the price. Really really love how they made the angus wrap, not my best one yet but my best one so far. The steak was good but it could have been better same goes for their ribs. Don't expect to muchof the place tho, kinda expose to the public while eating. So far a very full dinner for me :)
