Our favourite cafe in Panglao! We purchased the BBQ platter for just two, and also a Japanese pork rice dish privately. Both incredibly tasty! Following recommendations from Journey Advisor, we made a decision to try out this restaurant. After looking forward to an hour . 5, (I know that is a ridiculous period of time but i kept informing myself it might be worthwhile),we were lastly seated and we orderedthe Korean platter. The meals was okay but i experienced it had been no better than a thing that i possibly could ve whipped up in the home. They also did that point where they mix shop-purchased wedges with the fries since they re operating out so that they just threw in whichever they could find in the bottom of the freezer. It had been edible but we dont realize why everyone is queuing around eat there. In a nutshell: food was okay, service was good however the eating place was massively over hyped.

This place will not deserve all of the credits it gets. When one waits for over one hour, one expects some fairly flippin amazing meals. I got the Korean platter (as everyone else did), that was a loosely thrown with each other assortment of meats, shrimp, fries anda little bit of kimchi. Aside from the kimchi, nothing about any of it tasted Korean. Any cafe in Panglao would've billed not even half for this. On a confident note: the staff was super helpful and happy!

The meals is outstanding. But if you don't want to await hours to eat, make it happen are 4.45pm or even earlier and place your title and the amount of diners on the listing that's hanging on the entranceway. And it is shut on Wednesdays. Therestaurant is really a really nice open up air hut that chairs approximately 20-25 diners. We went there the initial night time at 6pm and were told we’d become waiting at least one hour. They said the optimum time to get there's 5pm. We proceeded to go there the night time after (Wednesday) at 5pm also it was shut. We proceeded to go there at 4.45pm another night, place our name down, and just scraped in to the first sitting. May be worth obtaining there at 4.30. We were seated at 5pm but first of all ordered drinks, being pleased to wait while some other tables were offered. The table close to us were offered, ate and remaining before we obtained our foods. We weren’t in a rush in order that was fine. Excellent atmosphere, excellent service. The food has been off the charts. We'd the ribs as well as the Korean paw poultry. We’re were happy we tried both these dishes, both exceptional. When it comes to pricing in comparison to other local dining places, it isn't particularly inexpensive, 700 pesos for the ribs and 600 pesos for the poultry, but nonetheless great worth for what it had been. We left in an excellent coma. The beers had been cold and the neighborhood gin and tonics affordable and really good. There have been 20 individuals waiting outside whenever we left at 7.30pm. I didn't actually bother to have a pic. I purchased ocean urchin bibimbop and a rose lotion pasta. It had been alright, but nothing outstanding. It's not the cheapest choice either. I hardly understand the hype.

The restaurants in Panglao aren’t excellent because its has way a lot tourist and in majority Chinese They look like they're from another decade Barwoo is really a hidden Gem Me personally and my girlfriend went there to check on it nonetheless it was 19:00 and thewaiting list had been close !!! Thats right , please give consideration THERE EXISTS A WAITING LIST since they dont possess many tables plus they dont accept reservations Your kitchen closes at 20:00 however the waiting list stops around 19:00-19:15 So went once again the very next day earlier this time As every restaurant within Filippines that people enjoyed food we finished up going there twice The first time we'd seafood pasta and chicken curry The next time we visited try the pork chops however they had go out and we ordered korean style pork barbeque and honey glassed shrimps with rice Food really was nice ( not amazing ) And costs were reasonable I believe is the greatest place in panglao

I ate a fabulous lunch time of spicy pasta with prawns in a creamy sauce 2/29. Four hours later on I spent all of those other day suffering from foods poisoning! Terrible diarrhea, barfing my brains out and chills...you understand...FOOD POISONING! Food security handling was most likely theresult. Beware!

Had supper with my cousins as of this invest Danao, Panglao close to Alona. Heard plenty of nice reasons for having it. Lastly got my possiblity to attempt it. My first-time ever dining right here. The Beef has been tasty, tender, and juicy. The French Fries weretasty, crispy, and golden externally. Nicely seasoned. The Shrimp had been delicious. Completely cooked. Tender. The Poultry Wings were very delicious. Sweet externally. Tender, juicy, plump, and succulent inside. Flawlessly seasoned. The Ribs had been very tasty. Tender, juicy, succulent, plump, and cooked perfectly. Properly seasoned as well. The Seafood rice has been superb! It had been tasty, properly seasoned, and experienced a nice moderate spicy kick to it. Sufficient warmth to tantilize your tastebuds. The shimp and squid items and the veggies gave the dish several levels of tastes and textures. The Salad had been new, crisp, and delicious. Extremely chill ambiance. The employees was great. These were courteous, attentive, and accommodating. The service was excellent too. Family friendly. Child friendly. Perfect for a good romantic dinner for just two or for team dinners with friends and family. Prices are reasonable. Good cozy spot to eat.
