This is an underrated cafe! Service was really fast unlike other restaurants which take a long time to serve their food while in Barcelo Cafe it only took like 5 minutes or so and I was completely satisfied with the food that they had prepared. The Spanish Chicken tasted lovely, my friends ordered Carbonara. Prices are reasonable and the cupcakes are really cheap, it only costs like P20! We also saw some of our professors dining in and some batchmates that we know. It was a great decision to try eating here because we had an assumption that this cage would be very expensive but with the help of website we were able to actually see that it's 'swak sa budget'. Good for groups esp. students, saw a lot of pretty CEU students here hihioverall rating: 8.5/10

Barcelo is indeed an intern's laboratory.  I come here because of convenience, since it is very close to my work place, but no necessarily because I seriously crave for their food.  Come on. I've tasted better sizzling dishes elsewhere.  The last time I was there, the pork belly wasn't very good.  I hardly tasted the pork and I think it was a little bit overcooked given the condition of the fat.  Ambiance-wise, the place is nice and spacious an hour before lunch time so if you want to try this place out, go there around 11am.  Not sure what to order?  Try their Kawali.

Sorry no photo!!! So far, I have dined here twice. First, I was with my boyfriend and we had the breakfast buffet for only P99! The menu was composed of misua soup, fried siomai, omelette, corned beef, rice, and coffee. Already full from my first plate! But I wish they served pandesal too. My second time to dine here was at lunch time and my professor at my masters class treated us. Ordered adobong kangkong, tinola, and piri-piri. Everything tasted good! Would come back to try other stuff from their menu. Also serves merienda buffet for only P68!

I think the chefs here are from the culinary school beside this café. When we first entered here, it was a really big resto/café and my former professors and some batchmates were also there dining. They have a fast service, with a reasonable price. :) the food was good, abd the cupcakes cost cheaper than what I expected because it was only 20pesos! :)
