This has been my childhood. My family always bought take out food from this place. I love their crab omelette, camaron rebusado, cold cuts, and cashew menudencia just to name a few. Their side sauce are also a gem, the chili sauce, sweet sauce and asado sauce. Its home made dishes at its finest. I would give it a rating of 5.0 except when i recently visited the restaurant the place needs a lot of clean up. especially the toilets. Still I would definitely comeback.

If you still want to eat Filipino food, this is the place you should visit. Best Paella ever, Filipino food with Spanish hits of herbs. Or most of the food here have twist of Spanish.

Their Paella Ambos doesn't taste like what I had a decade ago. The crab barely had meat, the rice isn't as saucy as it used to be, and I don't think it had any saffron on it, which I believe is a staple ingredient in a paella. I tried to order some Camaron Rellenado, but it has a minimum order which I can't finish. The ambiance was nothing remarkable, their pot belly pigs are no longer to be found at the entrance. The menu was quite pricey. My food server was nice, but the cashier was quite snobbish. I hope they would try to upgrade, considering that they have the prestige of being Manila's second oldest.

i was there 8/4/2018 at ambos mundos dba best of both world. my order from gregg:pancit canton 238.00 were slimy.chicharon bulaklak 398.00 way too salty.kare kare 588.00 beef were too chewy.shrimp with green peas & cashew 288.00 no shrimp, no cashew, only small dried shrimp, 3 quail eggs & full of peas.total of 1512.00. i was given only 30.00 senior discount. what a rip off gregg. all food were so bad. (trash) service were bad. they have to order the food & change across the street using walkie-talkie radio. gregg, i hope we don't see each other again. this means i'm not going back ever.

This has been our family's favorite go to chinese take out. Their crab meat omelette, cashew and quail egg, cold pork asado cut and camaron rebusado. These are only a few of my family's all time favorite. Even my relatives from the US, whenever they come back for a visit they would always request. These all time favorites. Also one great thing about this restaurant is that they have these sauce sweet, sweet and spict and spicy. These sauce alone with rice if one of my guilty pleasure. To bad that the old one was closed and the other one was already torn down and was not kept properly. Still their food is one of the best.
