Its an upscale resort and hospital in a single so thats a little unusual. Ive examined the resort very favorably recently: regional flavor and decoration done right! Even the decoration pieces are simply right: wooden and woven things, the best assortment of coffeetable books just about all aboutcebu! So that it was a shock that their major f&b outlet is merely average. ‘Uma’ means farm however the ambience and desk settings aren't that farm-y. I has been also expecting a more impressive choice of fruits and vegetables and spices. Plus they dont serve ordinary water unless u require it (they do an overly infused one). Positive thing that RAVEN compensated with exceptional service with a smile!

In today of commoditizing buffets, specifically with hotel dining places, Uma does well with good ingredients, good selection of choice (local to foreign comfort cuisine) and... a genuine bright spot - service that's both smily helpful AND, who learn how to serve efficiently, Forthe comfy food and wise selection of offerings - flavored well... clear, fresh ambience and services rarely offered elsewhere... An event worth trying

Came more than for the supper buffet specifically to take pleasure from their lechon that is cooked on premises and is better still compared to the reputedly yummy brand name "R" Well worthy of the price tag on the buffet which incidentally offers a full selection of hot chaffing dishcourses to roast poultry carvery, sushi and a complete dessert offering. Choose the lechon!

Place is cozy. Foods selections for breakfast is great. You obtain your money's worthy of. We treat our workplace teams here 2-3 times per month. Everyone loves the area, the support and the meals. Good job Maayo!

We stayed inside Maayo Hotel for 5 nights in November 2019. The provider at the Uma cafe was excellent. Friendly smiles and obliging employees. Our girl Sophia was designed to experience like a celeb by the employees. The eating place was impeccably clear and thefood was superb. Special talk about to Anna our web host and Glyn the waiter. We'd a wonderful stay and can come back again.

We spent an over night in Cebu in our in the past to Manila and were fortunate to get this restaurant inside our hotel (Maayo Resort). We opted to really have the supper buffet which was tasty with Filipino, Japanese, and Western choices. Our waiter Jeffrey couldhave not really been even more attentive and acquired the best recommendations. Way too many options to use everything but what we attempted was of outstanding quality and taste. Well known, the original crispy lechon that was incredible! The climax of the dinner were the desserts. Whenever we were attempting to decide Jeffrey released us and described the Filipino part. He even wanted to create us a Halo Halo and delivered it to the desk. He made the very best Halo Halo we’ve experienced in the Philippines. Many thanks, Jeffrey! Definitively strongly suggested.
