I never expected a eating place in Mandaue could have the awesome mix of good see and great foods. It is just near to the house and I in no way expected that this location has that wow element. If you value art, Luca's function some fineart pieces aswell. The food includes a wonderful flavor user profile and the restaurant gives several dishes that aren't typically within Cebyu restaurants. Due to the great reviews, We decided to attempt Luca's. I got the Goulash. Because it is a European dish, I anticipated the flavors to become more distinct.
