If you are tired of eating fast-food burgers, I guess you may wanna try their Charbroiled burger. Their patty has this smoky fresh flavour that is not to strong though so I guess you can differentiate its taste from other burgers. One thing that for me is lacking though is the juiciness in their patty. I guess what makes us wanting to eat a burger is to bring out the natural flavor of the patty which comes with the way the burger is cooked. Overall, they offer good food and good industrial ambiance.

There's nothing special about their cheeseburger but I do like the interior and the chill ambience. The staff are very polite and accommodating. I might recommend this place for burger-lovers who want to have a good time with friends.

I don't care how delicious the burgers are (they really are--highly recommended by the way), but this place is losing a star for their discourteous and unprofessional staff.Time and time again have I felt that the staff at this place (and their other branch in capitol site) are untrained. I even get the feeling that the owners have employed their own relatives just to give them a job, neglecting the required training they should undergo. Let's hope they're not being underpaid here. I mean, come on! This place would be so much better if not for the staff. The two staff members at the bar didn't really seem too happy to be doing their job either, like they couldn't wait to get out of there as soon as their shift ends. At least, that's what I got from their facial expressions.Unfortunately I have forgotten my previous experiences here, so I'm not able to put them here.But what happened earlier was enough to get me to find this app and write this review.I ordered a takeout burger. A few minutes later, a guy comes in who orders the exact same burger for dine in. About ten minutes later, he gets served his burger. I inquired as to what happened to my order. They claimed that since I ordered takeout, it would take longer cause they still have to wrap it. I call bs. They still could have wrapped my burger first, since I ordered first. They literally waited for the order of the guy after me to prepare them at the same time.The staff is very unprofessional. Here are just two observations from just today's visit, aside from the one mentioned earlier.1. There was a group of people already eating. One of the girls behind the bar loudly told her coworker that they might have senior citizen cards. This might seem meaningless, but this is not something that the customers in question (or others, like me) would need to hear.2. While I was waiting, they got a phonecall for a delivery order. I'm not entirely sure what the reason was, but they couldn't accept the order. What I don't get though is why she started complaining to her coworker about it after while still standing behind the bar for everyone to hear. Ever heard of discretion?So there you have it. Come here for the food, but not for the non-existent good service.
