The wings are delicious, especially the Yuan's bestseller and the ambiance and the music are fitting to the place's theme and food.However, I believe they should improve in terms of Customer Service., It was actually our first time to eat there and I am not aware of the Happy Hour promo (6PM toll 8PM) until we have already settled the bill and already standing by the door. I asked the waitress as to why our food was not billed as per Happy Hour promo since we dined before 7PM. The waitress' response was "it should be the customer to say that they are availing the happy hour." Toinks! What if its the customer's first time to eat there or missed the small and dark sign by the door indicating the "happy hour promo?". If they are aiming for good customer service, it would be a good gesture to advise customer about the promo.But overall it was a pleasant dining experience.

Gustong gusto ko kahit anong flavor ng wings nila. I always went back to try different flavors. And best match with beer. Eating it with your hands makes it more delicious. May gloves naman. ☺️

One, my husband's question was: why don't they have much customers? We arrived at 8:30 pm wanting wings and ate at this place about a couple of times. So we ordered 15 pieces of wings for take out. As stated in their menu - the wings are freshly cooked so it will take 15 minutes. And after 30 minutes, I went over to the cashier, and observed that the cashier and waitress was using their cellphones and busy chatting. After paying, I went back to my seat. Now I finally realized the time I wasted, I went back to the cashier only to find out they have not cooked my order at all. I immediately asked to cancel. Guess what both employees were not sorry or even apologetic. WILL NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS!

You have two options - either you stay to dine in or call them up for delivery. Either way, the food, especially the chicken is one of the best around the metro. And youre sure theres a guarantee on the quality and service thanks to the handson owners. Try their flavoured wings. Couple it with beer!

Ordered Calamares and BBq Wings:Calamares- Very thinly sliced of calamare and covered with THICK flavored flourThe sauce (tartar i assume) is cold and consistency is really heavy like almost paste like.BBQ Wings- Cooked well, crispy skin and juicy tendey meat.They just drowned it with too much bbq sauceRice- Its cold and im positive that they are using a low grade type of riceCustomer Service - Everyones busy on their mobile phone while watching Lily Cruz :) Serve real food and real quantity and a descent customer service... and your bussiness will go big time :)

Went to order ahead for pick up. When i got there. It was prepared. Not even written in the order sheet. No communication. Waste of time. They asked if 9 wss on a hurry..... helloo... why qould i call ahead of time if i wasnt in a hurry. Stupid question!!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Food 👉 Fantastic Wings! - Love the Yuan's Signature - Traditional Buffalo and Garlic Parmesan! ⭐️⭐️⭐️Service 👉 Service is so-so (mala mala) Not bad but can be better. ⭐️⭐️⭐️Ambiance 👉 Hindi matao :) Which is good. Good place to go with friends for wings + beers.

Ordered 30 pcs of solo flight wings for our chill drinking session and the wings were divine. We ordered the Yuan's Signature, Honey Barbecue and Garlic Parmesan. The wings are worth the money and can be eaten even without the dip! Called in first to place an advanced order and the staff was very polite. And when we got there to pick up the order, it was ready and got it fast. Will definitely order here again.

The place has good ambiance and it offers delicious foods and quite good range of drinks. The servers are accommodating as well. I just wish they would give out disposable gloves for the wings. Nevertheless, the place is worth its price!

I've been here a couple of times already. I even ordered some food using honestbee because of my craving for buffalo wings. The only flavor that I haven't tried are 911 and Salt n' Vinegar and am hoping to try that out on our next visit.Honey Barbecue, Traditional buffalo, and Yuan's Signature are my current faves ❤ andddd I super love the place because of their tasty food and friendly staffs. Ohh!!! They even gave us a sample of tokwa't baboy when we ordered some alcoholic beverages and it's super sarap!! Try niyo!Update: I've tried every flavor on their menu and its all DELICIOUS!!! You should try all of 'em too ❤
