    Bad, super bad, worst service. Ang bagal. It took more than 30min for a freaking food order. Sabi 15 min, wala naman tao, ang dami pa staff. So anu nangyari???

    40 mins wait for pizza takeout. Something about the OS not working properly. Unacceptable. At least Jamba juice was pretty good. Note to self: next time stick to Shakeys. Or if in Shang mall, try Gino’s Brick Oven pizza instead.

    It was really a frustrating experience today with Yellow Cab. I ordered two of their biggest sized pizzas this morning at 11:01 with a commitment of having it ready in 15 to 20 minutes. I was rushing, grabbed the menu quick and mentioned what I was getting all in just one minute after the mall officially opened. This store is near the entrance. I left as soon as I paid, to pick up other items I needed for our 1130am meeting that day. When I came back at around 1120, they just started cooking the Queens Oriental Chicken and the other, Manhattan Steak & Eggs was barely prepared! My expectation of picking it up and run turned into a frustrating conversation with their staff. Note that I was the only Yellow Cab customer when this all transpired. It was clearly a lax issue. They didn’t value me as a customer. And all I got was loads of explanations to justify their inefficiency. No discount or item was offered despite them finishing everything eventually at 1141, 20 minutes more the maximum time given. I wondered how long it would have taken without me pressuring them, standing in the counter the whole time.

    Long waiting time. Confused cashier. Very small serving. "No service water" but they gave one to my friend. Not a really good experience all in all

    Service was slow and cashier was very confused about their menu. Would not recommend this branch. It felt like they were very lax and that they didn’t value their customers.
