Among the best Cantonese great dining restaurant within Manila. Many innovative and Innovative meals. Some favorites are usually crab with vermicelli (sotanghon), poon chai (plenty of ingredients switches into it), cha siu (honey roasted pork) and egg whitened with scallops. It really is on the pricy aspect but the food is really as good as everything you can eat within Hong Kong. There are several other dishes you can test and reservation is crucial. Dinner is really a preference but lunch time is alright. They will have ayce dimsum lunch time. I haven't tried it however the menu looks limited.
