It's my first time to eat here due to the ssam promo (299php) which includes unlimited pork or chicken, lettuce and rice... they first served appetizers... i love the pork coz its palatable... the chicken was so boring to eat.. i dont know, maybe its just me... condiments were tasty... i hope the promo extends!!! Haha

Korean beef stew. Bibimbap. Those were my favorite Korean dishes and Woo Galbi's is the best I've tried yet. Though a bit pricey, I think it's all worth it. Their side dishes are tasty in themselves and you can even ask for refills.

Stumbled upon this resto at Shangri-La Plaza and decided to give it a try. Some of the things we ordered include their bibimbap, beef stew, and mixed meat platter. Highly recommend these three dishes. Their bibimbap was flavorful and the serving was generous; it can be shared by 2-3 people. Their beef stew was such a hit; it was very tender and tamang-tama ang timpla, as they say in Tagalog. Their mixed meat platter, meanwhile, is good for groups and came with leaves used for wrapping the meat. Our server was attentive and helped us pick items from the menu. The ambiance was also nice, although there were only a few people eating at the time and the space the restaurant occupies is not closed (as in many other restos at Shang). Prices may be steep for others but it's all worth it for me. All in all, this is the best Korean restaurant I've been to in the metro so far.

Woo Galbi has become one of our favorite restaurants lately. My family and I are huge fans of Korean food, and this one really met our expectations! We love their mixed meat platter, japchae, their refillable banchan, and the beef stew! Totally worth it!

I gave this restaurant a 4, because the food is really nice and the price is affordable. I loved the beef wrap. Restaurant design is also nice, it hasa bit of Korean scene in it. The waiters are a plus, they are very accommodating, kudos to "Kent". I highly recommend that you guys try this restaurant.

Whenever I stop by Woo Galbi, I always walk away with satisfied taste buds and a happy tummy. I must confess that I'm the type of person who will happily order the same dish every single time if I found it delicious the first time. And so, whenever I dine here, I ask for the "Sam Gyup Sal... Woo's version" because I just can't get enough of it!The meat is grilled perfectly, the marinade is a mix of sweet and salty, the greenish sauce it comes with is yummy, and did I mention it's got pieces of crunchy pork skin with it too? So when you wrap all that meaty, saucy goodness into a lettuce wrap, you get a crunch in every bite. I wish I took a photo of that dish but we devoured it so fast, I didn't even have time to think of snapping one. Perhaps that's reason enough to go back and order it again, hm?We ordered a bunch of other things too, but I'm just a tad bit ashamed to say I can't remember what they were. I say 'just a tad' because, to be honest, I only really had eyes for the Sam Gyup Sal. It didn't hurt that we had unlimited lettuce that night too--I didn't even touch my rice!

I forgot what we ordered but I'm pretty sure it was a belly sampler. It was really good and was enough for 3 1/2 people (the half one is my little sister). Side dishes was good as well. First impression was that it was expensive since my favorite Korean joint was really affordable and not to mention authentic. But you probably pay for the ambiance it offers, so..

We ordered SunDubu Jjige, Samgyupsal, Bulgogi that was prepared in the kitchen and Ramyun.I usually dont try korean restaurants in the mall because they always disappoint. I grew up to both Korean and Filipino, btw.SunDubu Jjige - surprising that there were big prawns included in their Jjigae. I guess this was an innovation but the soup is too... uh... watery? The consistency is different from the others sundubu jjige.Their original samgyupsal is fried! FRIED not grilled! It was crispy, looks and tastes like bacon. Disappointing.Ramyun - the usual. nothing special.Bulgogi should be all meat, but the bulgogi they served us were full of parts with fat. It was like chewing a gum it was hard to swallow. And was that butane that I tasted? In filipino, you call this, lasang gaas, this happens when you put too much gaas when preparing the charcoal for bbq. That's the taste/term. Lasang gaas.Banchan - OH LORD! The banchan was the most awful experience. Served in VERY VERY CUTE servings. You can only asked for a refill once. Not happy when I saw it.The servers were not attentive too. They dont smile. And we felt that they were in a hurry when we were telling them our order. They are also not knowledgeable of what this resto is serving. It wasnt even peak hour that time.

All that we ordered looked the same but taste different.. I like how tender the beef is and the bbq is awesome too. I will def be back here to try their other dish in the menu.

For me the best Bibimbop in town is served by Woo Galbi in Shangrila Plaza. You customize it to suit your preference. I usually take the Hot Stone dish, take it with white rice (you can choose red rice but it's seldom available), topped with raw salmon and flavored with bulgogi sauce. Their version of Bibimbop is premium compared to other Korean Restaurants around. Something i often come back to on a craving.
