It was a spontaneous trip to shangrila plaza, and we were getting really hungry after shopping, and mongkok was full already, so we went to dine here. The food was pretty good, I had the flat iron steak medium rare, the first few bites were hard to chew but the middle parts tender and juicy. My brother's ribeye was rather dry for me, but the baby back ribs were pretty good! I also loved their clam chowder soup and mashed potatoes. Yum!Service was so-so. It took ages for them to process our payment.

The feel of the restaurant was something like Chilis/TGIF. The price range was also similar to the 2 restos I have mentioned earlier.. or maybe slightly cheaper. The food presentation: 4 out of 5. The taste: I should say 3.5 out of 5. Serving size based on price: 4 out of 5. Overall, i would recommend the Sta. Fe Nachos (I enjoyed this appetizer - think of crunchy nacho pizza style with dip). I had a taste of their Chicken tenders that came with Spaghetti for my kiddo. I liked their chicken tenders - tasty and filling. Combo fajitas was good too! The downside? 3 pita bread ain't enough. Don't expect that requesting for extra pita bread will be free of charge.

My husband stayed for 9 months in Austin, Texas in 1997 and he told me about a certain restaurant where they were encouraged to throw the peanut peel on the floor. The restaurant is Texas Roadhouse Grill. When he saw Wild West Roadhouse Grill in Shangri-la Plaza, he told me that this could be the franchise of the Austin restaurant. And so we decided to have lunch here.I ordered Wrangler's Pork Steak. This plate includes two grilled pork steak topped with melted Swiss cheese and drizzled with au jus. This is also served with Wild West rice and veggies. An order costs P420 ($9.55) I didn't like this at first because the meat is not tender and a bit dry. I had a hard time cutting the meat. It was also too bland for my taste. My husband ordered Outlaw's Tuna Belly. This is a choice cut of tuna belly steak marinated in oriental teriyaki sauce and then grilled to perfection. This is served with Wild West rice and veggies. An order costs P440 ($10).

I'm not a fan of this restaurant. I don't think it's bad, I just think there are other better restaurants out there serving this type of cuisine. I liked their bleu cheese ice cream though--it's very unique. It's topped with salted caramel and served with cinnamon tortilla chips on the side.

It's 4pm and the kids are looking for merienda but you want to hang out and avoid the sugary treats that kids normally go for, try Wild West Roadhouse Grill. Nachos, quesadillas, calamari, videos, nuts, drinks... It's great way to chill with the children here. Btw, the flat iron steak is the best!

I first tried this restaurant in BGC. Meals are big enough to share and just right for the price. I love their Cobb Salad so I always order it when dining here. The attendant offered me to try their Buttermilk Fried Chicken and it was delish! It's chicken fillet so no bones. I liked the potato strings side it was served with. It was drizzled with honey so it's kind of sweet.

We wanted to try out something different in Shangrila so we decided to eat here. We didn't expect much since we never heard of this place. The decor inside had a western feel. We decided to order the flat iron steak (medium rare), prawns, fajitas and buffalo wings. For drinks, we had the silver tequila and the strawberry daiquiri.Steak was really tender and flavorful. The mashed potatoes were perfect. Prawns tasted good but nothing special. I love the fajitas, it was tender and frankly better than fridays (though the tortilla was a bit thick). Buffalo wings had the right amount of spice but was a bit tough.Overall, a really good experience with the service and food. Value for money 👍🏻
