I came to Tipsy Beans because our wifi conked out thanks to our landline dying, and thanks to website's handy filters, this was listed as having wifi! Also, perfect excuse to go and experience the cafes and restaurants around my area.First off, the space is definitely open - I came at night but I imagine during the day it'll be nice and bright, which I like. If you're also looking for coffee shops with power outlets and wifi, this could be for you! However, most of the drinks I wanted to try weren't available - no ice-blended drinks, no milo-based drinks, no Vietnamese coffee, no milkshakes - basically, only the espresso ones were available. So I got an iced latte, and a s'more cupcake to go with it. The latte was ok - I like that they had syrup instead of sugar packets to mix in, and the cupcake was good, except for that layer of crumbly graham that made it a mess to eat, and was just kind of dry and didn't add anything to the cupcake. Honestly, I don't know if I would have had better luck ordering the savory options, but as it is, this was just average. Also service seemed a bit.... Spotty, idk, maybe it was because it was already nighttime?? Maybe I should visit again during the day, I think I'd have better luck then, lol.

A chill place across the street. It's a good place for both studying and meeting a friend. The sandwiches are delicious. Their coffee though is not that remarkable. It's too pricey for me knowing that they use powder instead of the real coffee beans.

Their tipsy drinks are very interesting! The place is a bit small. I like though how spacious it feels even if it isn't that big. They also spaced out the tables well, making the place not seem so cramped.I was here for a short meeting. I couldn't help it. I just had to try their Milo Chupacabra! It was pretty good!!! I found it a bit on the sweet side though and would have liked a little less condensed milk. The tequilla taste wasn't too strong and blended quite well with the milo. 😊I can't wait to try their other items. UPDATED: January 31, 2016I excitedly took my friends here for Sunday Dessert Night. Sadly, a lot of the items on their menu was not available. It would have definitely made the experience so much better if my friends actually had the chance to try what they wanted to try.The place also seemed very busy. Service took longer and we could sense that the servers seemed very tired. 😞

I went in here with so much expectationsProduct: now, I had bookmarked this place for months because I've been seeing a lot of great reviews which made me so excited the day I finally get to eat here, but man was I let down. We had their strawberry oreo milkshake, chocolate milkshake, baked macaroni, and their chicken pesto sandwich. First, we were served the milkshakes. Both presentations were so cute, the strawberry oreo, you can really taste all the flavor, kudos to that and the oreo was still crunchy, however you know the milkshake that you had sitting there a while and all the ice has melted? That's what it is. The chocolate millshake, tasted bland too but when mixed with the cream, it became fine. BTW, almost everything on their menu was sold out by the time we arrived and it was dinner time. Which is why we ended up just ordering what's there, which leads me to the baked mac; definitely not my first choice but we were so hungry and I really wanted to eat here. The macaroni was hard, like it needed a few more minutes to boil, but the flavor was good. I had better instant baked mac tho. Sorry. The chicken pesto was the best thing we ordered, you can taste the pesto and you can taste the freshness of the lettuce, and the chicken bits were generously served. I liked it, not a fan of the 4-5 pieces of pringles though.Venue: the place was upstairs but a lot of people are still gathered here. Like a normal, clean cafe. The server was pretty nice, she apologized so many times for having almost none of the menu stuff. Although, the service was really slow, OR maybe I was just really hungry. Hopefully, I had only eaten here on a bad day because I always see good reviews at this place. So you should go experience on your own.

Sulit place if you want to dine and wifi. The adobo is just to my liking. All-day breakfast are okay too. The coffee is great and so is the ice tea.Good ambience. Oh, they have open mics on tuesdays? (edit: not sure anymore about the day)Staff is super polite.P.S.If you go here for wifi, please don't trouble the other customers by opening your torrents. 😉

Certified all-day breakfast fan here!If you are looking for something different from your usual breakfast, try this out. I love their Adobo flakes combined with their tipsy-iest drinks. Also tried their Tuna Melt sandwich and Pasta Longganisa. You will surely love the Shark Infested Lemonade with shark on top. And for the tipsy iced drinks we tried the Milo Chupacabra, Irish Cream on Coffee rocks and Tipsy Frappe. SHErap! :)

Tipsy Beans. The whole cafe was kinda bit small, more like a studio-type size of a coffee shop. Interiors were stupendously remarkable. Creative and fancy! The concept of their shop having the name “Tipsy Beans” is quite good, knowing that they serve caffeinated drinks, fused with liquor. The ambience was fine. Staff were kind and friendly. The food that they served to us were delicious. Love the Pasta with Longganisa Bits, Adobo Flakes, and the Corned Beef. Just hoping for a little improvement on their wifi signal. It’s quite slow.

Affordable price. Liked the adobo flakes and chicken tocino except cheesy adobo. Place is good for very quick meet up and dine-in. Small and daint spot not suitable for big groups.
