    Me and my wife had their unlimited ribs courtesy of some voucher we got off the net.  Their ribs were really fall-off-the-bone soft.  Me and my wife were surprisingly full throughout the day after eating their ribs and this is after the fact that we only had 1 and 1/4 serving.  It certainly was delicious.  The only comment was that their sauce could be more flavorful.

    I had a fathers day date with my two girlfriends(wife and daughter) here. I asked for the menu , the waiter drag her Blackboard (hence the name). I was cutting down on meat, so i ordered seared salmon fillet, crispy tofu and dory fillet, pollo de la casa. The taste, texture, and presentation of the dish were truly the mark of a professional chef. I was enjoying my food when an order of US tenderloin steak and braised lamb shank landed on the table next to me. How I wished I ordered meat! I am sure to come back and have a taste of those!

    The Grilled US Rib Eye Salpicao is a ripoff. Service is mediocre. Staff makes unusual sounds in the kitchen. It's like you are in a Carindera. Sadly, this is probably why there is just 3 tables on a Saturday night.

    My mom saw a feature of the resto on TV so we tried it for kicks--we weren't disappointed! The ambiance is unique, with the day's menu (subject to change on a regular basis) written on the blackboards that served as interiors. We ordered the Rigatoni with Asian Mushrooms, Crispy Tofu and Dory Fillet, Baba Ganoush, and Reese's cheesecake. All were worth their price--my only quip is that the food took a bit long to get served.

    I tried the Blackboard by Chef Michel based on the recommendation of @almaluis. The ribs were so delicious and spot on and cooked really well. The meat literally fell off with the simple push of a fork and the knife was not needed much at all.. The place is minimal in design and the concept of the place is good. Apart from the ribs, i do hope to try some of their other dishes and hope they are as good and worth it as their ribs are.
