The best among all milk tea... well, within this vicinity. Winter-melon Rocksalt and Choco Slush are my favorite. 👌👌👌Sinkers fave are pudding and the classic pearls. Free wifi. Cute interior. Outdoor seating.

Lychee Aloe Vera of the Fruit Tea Series is my favorite when I need something refreshing. The milk tea version is good as well but the former is lighter on the belly. Big sizes are a must though expect to pay at least P95 for the lychee. I also recommend Milk Tea with Oreo! The staff top it off with big Oreo chunks but they might end up settling to the bottom until you have no drink left, which is still somehow fine.Seats are very limited inside with less seats outside and Wi-Fi is available. This branch makes a nice stopover among California Garden Square and other malls relatively nearby like SM Megamall and Shangri-la Mall (a jeepney ride or walk away).(updated July 16, 2017)

Follow me on Instagram: @astro.adinA lesser known Milk Tea brand but on the better side. Their must try variant is their Wintermelon and Rock Salt Wintermelon variants.

Wintermelon milk tea. ✅Reasonably priced for P125, giant size which is almost like a liter already. I liked the balanced flavor and the chewiness of the pearls. Sulit for the price.

Tea 101 origins come from the Milk Tea capital of the world, Taiwan. It is also in this country wherein tea is most potent. Expect to have the bold presence of black tea with any cup, and while you’re at it, add more flare with various toppings like imported tapioca pearls, QQ jelly, nata crystals, grass jelly or egg pudding. Besides the usual milk and fruit teas, Tea 101 has Brown Sugar series and the uniquely curated Yakult line. I enjoyed my refreshing cup of Green Apple QQ Fruit Tea with an on-point balance of sweet and tangy flavors.

This is probably my least favorite milk tea shop. I just buy here if I hve a strong craving for pearls. Other than that, i don't come here despite the fact that it's few steps away from my home. I can say that I have a good taste buds for milk tea and when I recommend a milk tea place to someone, it's really good. I've tasted hundreds/thousands of milk teas from all over the world and all I can say is that Tea101 is one of my least favorite.

I have been this place once and I liked it here :) Went here after our duty, past 11pm and surprisingly it was still open that time. Place is small but clean and nice. Their Okinawa Milk Tea tastes good too :)

The nearest milktea place for me since it's in California Garden Square. It's airconditioned and has music. They have a variety of milk tea flavors for the different moods of your tastebuds. My fave is the wintermelon with pearls as sinkers, of course. :)

Fuzzy Pearls!I normally don't bother ranting about an establishment's employees, because we are all humans and have our off-days where in spite of knowing better we end up behaving contemptible - especially when it comes to the customer service industry.*However, as a business owner myself and a firm believer in upholding proper decorum, I feel an obligation to share my experience.*I literally just got back from this place. I had to pop out to do a quick veggie run for my guinea pigs, when I saw from across the street Tea101. I've never tried their beverages before. As a Tea enthusiast and a lover of anything passionfruit, I decided to give in to my whim. I really shouldn't have bothered! For those who've read my other reviews, you probably already know that I am a German expat from German - Hawaiian - Filipino descent, for those who don't know what that means... in plain... I suck in Tagalog! Not that I can't speak it (I am quite conversational), I just prefer not to - since I hate the accent that I end up producing. *So when I ordered my drink in English, the staff seemed to be stunned for 20 seconds. In fact, the ladies (3) manning the counter pointed me towards the only MALE attending employee who seemed to be able to attend to my order. There were NO OTHER customers ordering drinks at this establishment during that time (ca. 18:10hrs)The ladies turned their backs on me giggling and repeating what I said in English and let their male colleague deal with my order. - He was sweet enough to ignore their mimicry and tried to hold my attention to my order at hand.Establishment: Facing the street, accessible and located in one of the bigger Condominium Complexes - atmosphere sterileOrder: Passionfruit Tea - sugar level 0 - Sinkers: PearlsQuality:The Tea was extremely watered down (which you'll be able to see in my pictures)Faaaaar too many Pearls - The Pearls were overcooked to the point where they felt Fuzzy and stuck to my teeth (much like Caramel)! *5mins longer in the pot and you could have added coconut milk to it and made Kheer out of it! Which would have been a more flattering ending for the ingredient!Service: Quick enough - I was in and out of there within 5 mins*.5 for the male employee who attended to my order and was able to answer my question without dripping of mockeryFor any other expat who looks vaguely Asian but doesn't command the local language:GIVE THIS A WIDE BERTH - unless you are in a masochistic kind of mood of course. ;)

This milk tea place has been catering the residents of California Garden Square in Mandaluyong for quite a long time already. In fairness to their milk tea, it do tastes good. My favorite here is their Caramel Milk tea which is too sweet just the way I liked it. They also have snacks which you can pair up with your milk tea. In my case, whenever I am there, I always order their lobster ball, which is very Potdog like. However, one thing that I do not like this place is that they do not have any comfort room at all. So if you prefer to chill in this place or to do some work or studies related stuff, better not to. They have wifi though if you feel like using the net while enjoying your milk tea. :)
