Just wanna say this.I'm just here to tell about the experience I had. So, I ordered a coffee jelly frappe because I had been craving for days and when we finally got our order I immediately took a sip and the jellies tasted sour, I have never had one of Starbucks coffee jelly so I didn't know if this tasted right. I considered going to the cashier and ask for a replacement but I got too shy and just drank the thing without having to sip the jellies. Luckily, one of the crew was cleaning the tables. I was hesitating a bit but I managed to call him and tell him that the jellies tasted sour. He assisted me immediately and told me that he would replace my drink with a new one. He asked me if I wanted the same flavor or if I want a new one, so I told him to bring me a mocha frappe instead. He told me that it was a smaller value than my first drink and I said it was okay since I had already drank some of the first one, and he said that it was alright and that he would just give me a Venti mocha instead. I just want to thank Starbucks for being so good to their customers. I bought my card here too, you guys train your staff very very well. Kudos.

Ok this was the final meeting for today before relaxing. This particular store is more of a take out store for people on the go as seating is limited. However, as client needed to meet here, I had to accommodate for the time so this store was the best option. Therefore besides my regular Americano, I decided to have a Chicken Pastel Empanada. Well the verdict was actually pretty good, haven't had this in a long time but chicken inside is fresh with a nice thick based sauce besides actual chicken pieces. Will now actually have more of these in the future for sure!!

This is my must go to stop whenever I need to go to get my favorite coffee here in Starbucks. Located at the 5th floor in MegaMall, its location is quite convient, due to the fact that the other Starbucks branch is always packed with people and I can barely find a place to sit there all the time. That's why I always come here. A simple Starbucks lounging here is available to you, although its missing and important feature, a place to charge your cell phone since I love to lounge and browse the internet while having my Barista drink. Service is very friendly, good and sometimes even good looking! Starbucks will always be my cafe place to go for a good cup of coffee.
