I couldn't find a page for Starbucks Bertaphil, Clark, Pampanga in website so I'm writing my complaint here, and I hope that you do take note of this and coach your staff accordingly. I was waiting for my take away order and sat at the nearest table at the end of the counter where the drinks are given out. One of the male staff who was on break, had what looked like a mango shake in a plastic Starbucks cup, Starbucks cap, Starbucks shirt, khaki pants came out from the staff room and sat beside me at my table without preamble and started to Facebook in his phone. He had his arm on the table, put his drink on the table beside my sandwich and never spoke to me or said anything. So I got up and moved to the next table. When they called out my order I asked the staff at the counter if he was with them. They said yes. I asked if it was their norm to let their staff sit with customers without permission whenever they liked, surprisingly they said "opo", but when I clarified again thankfully they said no. I don't know of any business establishment that let their staff rudely take up the space of their customers and drive them away to another table, and take their breaks at a customer's table. I'm gonna post this is on website and Twitter so that you do take pains to properly train your people. UPDATE: The Starbucks manager for Bertaphil called and apologized. Upgrading the rating from 1 to 3.5 stars. Never underestimate the power of good customer relations.

There's always Starbucks for snacks, meetings and just a place to get a quick breather from the office. Aside from the good ambiance, they boast of fancy concoctions of specially brewed choices. My favorite is their green tea frap and tazo.

Our PigOutSunday will not be complete without a tall cup of our favorite "Iced White Mocha with breve".  I blame my sister and brother in law for introducing us to this drink.  The piggery and the handsome hubby are hooked on its strong creamy coffee taste balanced by just the right sweetness

I have been hanging out in this particular Starbucks store for years. Even before it got renovated , i was here constantly. Since its renovation, my experience here as only gotten better and more enjoyable. Recently i have been ordering their venti cafe americano with three splendas. After a couple of trips here, the staff already knows my order. The consistency with which they  make their cafe americano is the reason why i keep coming back.

Love this Starbucks branch especially after renovations were made. It has a nice homey feel to it that i find myself really liking. The service here is still the good 'ol service you can expect from Starbucks branches. The place is almost always full, but when i do manage to get a seat, i tend to stay here for long periods. Love their Caramel Frappes especially on a hot summer day!

This branch is kind of small and is always crowded. The line is so long and there is only limited seats inside. Good thing they have an outside area but also has few chairs and tables. The only saving grace is the best customer service that they always offer their patrons and of course the best coffee.

The place is very very cozy and I like the tables and seats that are under big starbucks umbrella inside the mall. The baristas are very friendly and warm. They treat you like some kind of a celebrity sometimes hehe.
